Natural Sweeteners And Your Health

With health does not play, the saying goes. Especially when dealing with modern life, it is imperative to take great care with it so we can grow old with wisdom.
Unlike the artificial sweeteners, natural ones are healthier, since also used criteria.The best known are:

Fructose - found in fruits and honey. Sweeter than sugar. Count calories and high levels of blood sugar, so diabetics can not make use of them.

Stevioside (stevia) - derived from the plant called Stevia rebaudiana. It is native in South America Sweetens 300 times longer than cane sugar. I think, in my opinion, the healthiest of the three natural. Has no calories, sodium zero and does not change the level of blood sugar. Diabetics can use it without fear. (Like all moderate).It is found in packaging bags or 1 g each in liquid form.Sorbitol - Found in some fruits such as apple and plum, and seaweed. Contains NO calories and is recommended for DIABETIC.

In fact, as a general rule, we should make good use of functional foods. What are they? Foods that are scientifically proven, are good for health. Case of fruit and vegetables in general. (Are highly antioxidant, thus fighting the so called "free radicals" that are responsible for the organic waste premature aging of cells!).
Soybean and its derivatives, wonderful food!. Nuts, contains omega-3 unsaturated fat that helps raise the level of good cholesterol, called HDL.

In my diet, I eat daily 2 oranges, 2 bananas, one oats and a little honey if any, 1 apple, 2 apricots, 2 2 Brazil nuts and prunes to help regulate the intestines. I take a Chalice GRAPE JUICE INTEGRAL, which contains the same substance of the wine, or being called polyphenols, substances highly antioxidant that protect the heart.Path 4 miles every day. I drink 2 liters of water, the juices out and practice daily exercise.The prophet Paul of Tarsus, says our body is TEMPLE OF THE HOLY SPIRIT. You ever think of that? I have so much that I try to take care of him with great affection, in three dimensions: Spiritual, physical and emotional.Think about it! And God bless you abundantly!
