I
made contact with this thought, supposedly attributed to Carl Jung, on Facebook,
and I found very interesting for further reflection.Carl Jung says:
"There is no awakening of consciousness without pain. People
will do anything, even to the limits of absurdity to avoid facing their own
soul."You
do not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the
darkness conscious." (Carl Jung - psychiatrist).
Generally,
you can see, we are always running away from our bad consciences. We
are so occupied with the outside world, not spend time with insights.
Contact
the soul itself, for most people, because fear!
From
the perspective Christian enlightened being is climbing the heights of
spirituality, as did the Saints called, is to imitate the life of Jesus Christ
Himself. It is
following in his footsteps. It is to make life a form of
prayer. It
is daily contact with its design, it is making the prayerful reading of the word
of God, which, in Catholicism Christian, called "Lectio Divina". Is
eating, especially the Eucharist, the greatest of all sacraments. For the Eucharist are
incorporated by Jesus.
Clearly,
whoever you choose, will face many obstacles along the way, many
misunderstandings; many slanders even; many betrayals.Just
to cite the case of Padre Pio of Pietrelcina, Italy, who was vilified for having
"the stigmata of Christ" in his body, alleging they are false. St.
Benedict came to escape a poisoning of the monastery's own colleagues!

bread of His Word, contained in the Holy Scriptures, the sacraments, especially
the Eucharist and Reconciliation. The
Eucharist, for example, is the largest and best fuel for spiritual
enlightenment.Donate to the
neediest. Make
every week volunteering solidarity: type, visiting the sick, bringing them a
word of comfort, warmth and love. Visit nurseries, nursing homes
etc..
Another
super important because the process of enlightenment: the KINDNESS. Kindness is super important
to be developed. Only
he who gives himself to another, you may be happy to make the other happy
too.We
often hear that the future spouses: I case to be happy. When
actually should say "I case to make each other happy."
The worst of the darkness
is the darkness of ignorance!. This produces a lot of
damage, even to death.Therefore,
we always emphasize in my writings the importance of spirituality. The
word spirituality comes from the Latin "Spiritualis" is a translation of the
Greek word, "pneumatikos" which can be translated "according to the spirit" or
"spirit-filled". (1)
As
I am a Christian, Spirituality for me is that I defend Christian spirituality
advocated by Jesus in his Gospel. Is
spirituality coming from the Holy Spirit of God himself.There
are various spiritualities: Christian, Jewish, Muslim, Hindu etc.. Each with their own
attributes and postulates.Modern
man suffers from the worst disease of all: lack of
Spirituality!
It
has already been proven that the technology does not satisfy the longings of the
human soul!. It is mere illusion!. It chimera!. Should
be seen and used as TOOLS to improve the quality of life, since, basically,
everyone longs to be happy. But never let yourself be ruled by
it.Christian
spirituality is to drink from the fountain of God's Holy Spirit. Who drinks from
this fountain will never thirst, says the Master Jesus. He
is the true Light that enlightens us, that guides our steps, that inspire us to
make the right decisions.
On
the other hand, this does not invalidate the "other ways" of spirituality.
Each religion has its own
spirituality. Their rites, their "liturgy",
their doctrine.The
most important is the human being that he is aware of spirit, mind and body.
A
TOTAL be indivisible, and that should be seen and analyzed in this way, under
penalty of not finding what I call in my thesis, homeostatic balance

What
is called "biopsychic and emotional balance, or even
three-dimensional!Worth fighting for this challenge!
The
reward on overall health is clearly felt by those who practice
it.Health,
