A. BIGCUORE´S COMMENT: falls point out that whenever I give tips here about food, I research it and make me a guinea pig to see if it works, or better, to feel how my body reacts. I can assure you that my sore hands (arthritis) improved significantly after I take my coffee with ½ small spoon of cinnamon powder. Also combined with 2 Para chestnuts units, as it contains Ômeca3 which also helps to lubricate the joints.

TIPS: eat baked banana with cinnamon; put the club (is a delight), the banana pizza etc. It gives that special touch the food.In the morning and 1 banana mixed with 1 tablespoon of oats large, 1 raw wheat germ, 1 tablespoon of quinoa flakes, 1 teaspoon small golden flaxseed powder, grape 5 units big black passes, washed down with a large 3 tablespoons low-fat yogurt. Stir well and eat.

I do this every day, and I just feel hungry there for 14 hours or so. Really works! It gives an excellent willingness to face the stressful day of the big city.
