Love Is Necessary. Optional Suffering

Antoni BigCuore*

Date: 09/26/2015, Saturday at 22.05 hours (alt.29.9.15).Location: Sao Paulo, Brazil"PAIN IS INEVITABLE SUFFERING OPTIONAL", this thought, but I think, is the Delai Lama or some philosopher of the East, are almost similar, but there is a certain subtlety in semantics.Undoubtedly contains a great deal of wisdom. The pain really comes from the imponderable, something that escapes your grasp. One of the most common examples is the loss of a loved one, especially if that is what the people call 'death suddenly "; pain for the breakdown of a relationship etc.

On the other hand, there are many sufferings that result from our bad choices. One of the examples I always give is related to inadequate nutrition. Nowadays, it is well publicized by the media, that saturated fats, smoking, alcohol, sugar, salt etc. are elements harmful to human health, ie they cause cancer or cardiovascular diseases (such as in saturated fat, smoking, alccol etc.), which cause increase of so-called FREE RADICALS, which are the toxins accumulated in the human organism, due to pollution , smoking, alcohol, calorie foods, excess sugar, etc. alzeimer that even cause disease.

So if a person, and aware of this truth, insists on feeding improperly, it is imposing itself, an entirely unnecessary suffering and the result of misuse of their free will. This type of suffering, no doubt, is OPTIONAL and totally expendable.

Another example: a person is driving on a motorway, whose maximum speed is 100 kilometers per hour and it is 190 !!! Gasp! But it happens. And you know the result? Disaster and death! This was the result of carelessness, disobedience to a traffic law. Misuse therefore free will !.I say that LOVE IS NECESSARY in everything we do in our lives. Who does everything with love, always comes out well done and leads to good results even in the physical and emotional health, improving even the immune system.

So as a matter of intelligence, why all this masochism?Let's think more before acting !. We have to love life! Let us try, at least, always make the best choices. For this, God gave us his Holy Spirit to enlighten us and guide our steps.

BE HAPPY! ALWAYS THINK BEFORE YOU ACT AND ASK: WHAT IS THE BEST WAY FORWARD. ASK GOD WHAT HE TELL YOU THE WAY! Amen!
