A Alegria do Teu Sorriso
Mt. 16, 13-20. REFLEXÃO DO DIA 23.08.2026.
Jesus quando estava reunido com seus discípulos em Cesareia de Filipe, lhes faz a seguinte pergunta: O que as pessoas estão dizendo que eu Sou?. Os discipulos afirmaram...uns dizem que o Senhor é o João Batista, Elias, Jeremias ou algum dos profetas. "E vós quem dizeis que eu Sou?"(15). "Simão Pedro respondeu: Tu és o Messias, o Filho de DEUS VIVO!!! (grifo meu)(16).
Quer dizer Tu és o Salvador, o Ungido de Deus que se encarnou por obra do Espírito Santo de Deus, para nos salvar. 18Por isso eu te digo que tu és Pedro, e sobre esta pedra construirei A MINHA IGREJA, e o poder o inferno nunca poderá vence-la." Donde se conclui que a Igreja Católica(só Ela) é verdadeiramente a IGREJA DE CRISTO, fundada em Pedro!!! (Jesus falou A MINHA IGREJA, note que Ele não falou, as minhas igrejas, portanto, a Igreja de Cristo é a fundada em Pedro.

Matt. 16:13-20. Reflection for August 23, 2026.

While gathered with His disciples at Caesarea Philippi, Jesus asked them the following question: "Who do people say that I am?" The disciples stated... some say You are John the Baptist, Elijah, Jeremiah, or one of the prophets. "And who do *you* say that I am?" (15). Simon Peter answered: "You are the Messiah, the Son of the LIVING GOD!!!" (emphasis mine) (16).
This means: You are the Savior, the Anointed One of God who became incarnate through the work of the Holy Spirit of God to save us. 18 "And so I tell you: you are Peter, and upon this rock I will build MY CHURCH, and the power of hell shall never prevail against it."
From this, we conclude that the (and *Catholic Church only* it) is truly the CHURCH OF CHRIST, founded upon Peter!!! (Jesus said "MY CHURCH"; note that He did not say "my churches"; therefore, the Church of Christ is the one founded upon Peter.)
