REFLECTION OF MR BIGCUORE: for years I have been defending my thesis of what I call The HOMEOSTASIS PERSONALITY, namely the real and permanent BALANCE of human beings as a whole: SPIRIT, MIND AND BODY.

Chinese Medicine for years before Christ, already proclaimed the need to treat the human being within a THREE-DIMENSIONAL vision, which is, in the spiritual dimension, physical and emotional.

Given the above, my suggestion is (if you are overweight): Make a nutritional education, change their habits for the better, practice exercise at least three times a week, have a hobby or volunteer activity that also helps in health integral. Ah ... have a balanced diet with predominance of FUNCTIONAL FOODS. (which are those that nourish and has therapeutic component as well).
