and feelings.It is the law of attraction
infallible. If we think
positively, the result is always positive! The opposite
also results in the opposite.
"Mens
sana in corpore sano", very old Latin saying terminating great
wisdom.It's
what I always say, the human being is a being INTEGRAL: spirit, mind and body.
Today more
than ever, neuroscience is touting this great truth. If
harmonize factors: spiritual, physical and emotional, we get the homeostatic

What

need FOOD OUR MIND with good reading, good videos, good TV programs, etc.., Good
friends, good physical activity, good loving relationships, finally, things that
bring us pleasure and joy.How
about we change our habits? In
