The Power Of Raise

As the American psychologist Daniel Goleman, in his book "essential Lies, Simple Truths," The Psychology of Self-Delusion, "ACTH increases attention and sensitizes the nervous system for pain, while the endorphins are just the opposite. "Within the group of hormones ACTH, and adrenaline is called cortisóis, which are called stress hormones. When our body and mind are relaxed, your body releases endorphins which are hormones that neutralize the positive effect of pain. Endorphins are therefore opposed to ACTH.
Why am I telling you all this? When you praise a person will be generating a positive energy that goes into the "other" and this energy is immediately returned to yourself. You not only will increase your self-esteem of that person on their own. It is the unquestionable law of return. Your body will relax motivated by the smile that you will cause.Dear reader, do the experiment. When you arrive at your workplace, look good from those who praise. Note the blue blouse of the new secretary, telling him: "A lot of your beautiful blouse Mary", where she bought? Or, with Mary as your hair is beautiful! "Nice tie boss is Italian silk? "Nice shirt Fernandinho." (RSS). Or even within the church, attending Mass, you found that group singing was flawless, getting to them in the end, and tell them: congratulations young, the song was great!

 Or even the homily of the celebrant: "Father in his homily was fantastic, touched me deeply." Make it a habit to praise, but he is always sincere, otherwise the shot will backfire.The Master Teacher, Jesus says in his Gospel: whatever you want men to do that, do ye to them. Everything comes from God and positive. The whole Gospel is made up of wise teachings, teachings that they always aim at the promotion of the human being so full. We should, whenever possible, express our feelings. They are good for the soul and heart. Sing, dance, smile. The world needs a positive attitude, constructive attitude.

 We need to rescue the good examples, the true values! In doing so, we are rebuilding the New World, the world of love, solidarity and happiness as a consequence. Smile more, praise more! And you'll see that by the bee, the honey will want to due to the joy that causes the compliment!Antoni BigCuore Casagrande.

Agradecer a Deus, sobretudo pelo dom da vida

Agradecer e louvar todos os dias as coisa boas

E ruins também que surgem no cotidiano

Agradecer as pessoas que nos fazem algum favor

Agradecer o emprego, os estudos, os amigos,

Enfim, sempre agradecer...

O universo entende esta linguagem

E sempre se encarrega de lhe devolver

Coisas boas, positivas e compensadoras!

Obrigado Senhor, o dom de nossas vidas!

Obrigado Senhor por tudo que nos coloca à disposição!

For those who want to be happy in this life!
Thank God, especially the gift of life
Thank and praise all the good days
And too bad that arise in everyday

Thank the people who make us a favor
Thank employment, studies, friends,
Finally, always thank ...
The world understands this language
And he always takes care of returning
Good things, positive and rewarding!

Thank you Lord for the gift of our lives!
Thank you Lord for everything available to us!
Thank you Lord for the beautiful and the ugly

The flowers are coming back
And with them, my love for you!

The flowers are coming ...
But ...

I wish that they disappear with
The corruption, bribes and all hypocrisy
Human ...

I wish that they end up with hunger
In the world, especially in Africa ...
I would that with them, children play and smile
More ...

Would that there were fewer poor with them
Why on earth ...
Would that they were banished to the
Corrupt politicians of this country!

I wish that they come with justice,
Truth and the right of the oppressed ...
I wish that they came with peace, justice
Social and solidarity among the peoples!

Only thus share the bread of the Word
Of God, allowing it to concrete actions
Love, Humanity will find true peace!
Peace is born, first of all, in the heart of human Being!

Blessings of health, peace, prosperity, harmony, and joy in their hearts!

SALMO 78 - Reflexão "Salmística"

SALMO 78 (77) – REFLEXÃO SALMÍSTICA

Salmo: 77 (78), 1-2.34-35.36-37.38 (R/.cf.7c)

Das obras do Senhor, ó meu povo, não te esqueças!

“Escuta, ó meu povo, a minha Lei, ouve atento as palavras que eu te digo; abrirei a minha boca em parábolas, os mistérios do passado lembrarei.

Quando os feria, eles então o procuravam, convertiam-se correndo para ele; recordavam que o Senhor é sua rocha e que Deus, seu Redentor, é o Deus Altíssimo.

Mas apenas o honravam com seus lábios e mentiam ao Senhor com suas línguas; seus corações enganadores eram falsos e, infiéis, eles rompiam a aliança. (grifos meus)

Mas o Senhor, sempre benigno e compassivo, não os matava e perdoava seu pecado; quantas vezes dominou a sua ira e não deu largas à vazão de seu furor.” ( 1 )

Reflexao de A.BigCuore: O salmista narra a memória de toda a trajetória do Povo Hebreu em peregrinaçao para fora do Egito. Deus Javé os liberta das “garras” do Faraó. Mas, como dizia o Senhor, “era um povo de cabeça dura”, que se rebeleva com Moises quando as tribulações lhes tomava conta. (Lembram-se de Massa e Meriba?)

Eram infiéis e, dessa maneira, muitas coisas ruins lhes acontecia pela Lei da Atraçao. Quem semeia vento, colhe tempestade diz o aforisma popular.

Mas, a misericordia de Deus é infinita. Deus é compassivo e não lhes aniquilava por causa disto, queria apenas a FIDELIDADE de todo o povo escolhido. Israel era a “menina dos olhos” de Deus, nos tempos antigos.

Deus os alimentou com o maná durante quarenta anos. Deu-lhes, enfim, todo alimento e água que precisavam para sobreviver. Mas, a alma humana é sempre inquieta, até que repousa em Deus!

Como nos dias de hoje, os homens se afastam de Deus e querem resolver sozinhos os seus problemas, como nao se precisassem de Deus. Ledo engano!. Com a ajuda de Deus, podemos amenizar os nossos problemas e ter coragem e fé para enfrentá-los!. Confiemos, pois, em Deus!. Ele é a nossa rocha e proteção! Força bem presente em todos os momentos de nossas vidas.

PSALM 78 (77) - REFLECTION “PSALMIST”

The works of the Lord, Oh my people, do not forget!

"Hear, O my people, my Law, listens carefully to the words that I say, I will open my mouth in parables, the mysteries of the past will remember.

When hurt, they then sought, they became running to him, remembered that the Lord is his rock and that God, your Redeemer, is the most high God.

But just honored him with their lips and lied to the Lord with their tongues, their hearts were false and deceitful, unfaithful, they broke the covenant. (My emphasis)

But the Lord, always gracious and compassionate, not kill them and forgive their sin, how many times mastered his anger and did not give vent to vent his wrath. "(1)

A. BigCuore Reflection: The psalmist recounts the memory of the whole trajectory of the Hebrew people on pilgrimage out of Egypt. Yahweh God frees them of the "claws" of Pharaoh. But as the Lord said, "It was a hard-headed people", which rebelever with Moses when the trials took care of them. (Remember Massa and Meribah?)

They were infidels and thus, many bad things happened to them the law of attraction. He who sows the wind reaps the storm popular aphorism says.

But the mercy of God is infinite. God is compassionate and not annihilated them because of this, I just wanted the loyalty of all the chosen people. Israel was the "apple of the eye" of God in ancient times.
God fed them with manna for forty years. He gave them, in short, all food and water they needed to survive. But the human soul is ever restless until they rest in God!
As today, the men turn away from God and want to solve their own problems, as you do not need God. Ironic mistake!. With God's help, we can alleviate our problems and have the courage and faith to face them!. Trust therefore in God. He is our rock and protection! Present force in every moment of our lives!.Amém!. GOD BLESS YOU! SHALOM!

Quem Pratica o Mal, Odeia a Luz

Conforme o Evangelho de São João, Jesus diz que quem nele crer não será condenado; e quem não crê já está condenado. (Jô,3, 18)

A luz, que é Jesus, veio ao mundo, mas o mundo preferiu as trevas ao invés da luz. Quem ama Jesus pertence ao mundo da luz, do bem e seus atos irão refletir tudo isto.

Mas, quem ama as trevas pertence ao clube do Maligno!

“Quem pratica o mal, tem ódio da luz, e não se aproxima da luz, para que suas ações não sejam desmascaradas. Mas quem age conforme a verdade, se aproxima da luz, para que suas ações sejam vistas, porque são feitas como Deus quer”. (idem, 20-21)

Reflitamos especificamente sobre a política brasileira, atual. Os corruptos, em todos os tempos, amam as trevas. Praticam seus atos às escondidas.Amam as trevas. Odeiam a “transparência”. Bilhões e bilhões de reais são DESVIADOS todos os anos dos cofres públicos para os bolsos destes  ladrões engravatados do País.

E qual a conseqüência de tudo isto? Hospitais às mínguas, faltando os materiais mínimos para curativos etc. Sem falar na falta de médicos e instrumentos cirúrgicos adequados e suficientes!

Mas, com Deus não se brinca! O Justo Juiz está cansado de tantas ignomínias contra os pobres e marginalizados! De sua Justiça  os maus políticos não escapam! Caixão não tem gavetas, mas o Inferno sim!!! Eles serão engavetados nele, é questão de tempo, senão se converterem.

Deus é misericordioso, mas não é bobo!.

Nós, cristãos, deixamos nos pautar pelos caminhos do Senhor Jesus. So ele nos pode conduzir a porto seguro!

Bênçãos de saúde, paz, prosperidade, harmonia e muita alegria em seus corações! Shalom! Peace! Pace! Paz!
