Gospel According to Mark, 13, 24-32
The central theme of the Gospel of this Sunday is the glorious coming of the Lord God. 24. "In those days, after that tribulation, the sun shall be darkened, and the moon shall not give their shining; 25.cairão the stars of heaven, and the powers that are in heaven shall be shaken. Then they see the Son of man comes in the clouds with great power and glory.
"Pass the sky and earth. But my words shall not pass away."(v. 31)
This is the parousia, that is what should happen in the end times. 32.Nem the Angels, but ONLY THE FATHER, will know what will be the day of the end, as Jesus says to his disciples, when we ask when this would occur.
Watch and pray, lest ye enter into temptation. "The Christian life must be eternal vigilance because we do not know when God will gather us to sit on his throne to the bottom line of our lives.Intuitively always comes to mind the question that God would do when collecting Us :: What was your capacity to love? .
He certainly will not ask if you belong to religion A, B, C or D, but what you did with the TALENTS He has given you. If you multiplied them in favor of similar or community. If we had a COMPASSIONATE HEART with weaker and underprivileged of society; if you PRACTICE ACTS OF CHARITY; (as Paul says, "charity is the bond of perfection).
In short, we must always be in communion with the Lord, through the bread of the Word and the sacraments, especially Reconciliation and Eucharist.
