A Fé Esparramada Em Seu Corpo

Veja o que a espiritualidade (fé) faz de bom para o seu corpo, segundo a reportagem da Revista de Saúde, de dezembro de 2.013, número 371, da Editora Abril Cultural:

“SISTEMA NERVOSO: “Pessoas que creem em algo maior e tendem a apresentar cargas extras de neurotransmissores que respondem pelo bem estar.

IMUNIDADE: A espiritualidade potencializa a ação de células de defesa, reduzindo o risco de infecções virais e bacterianas, além de ajudar a enfrentar o câncer”.

INFLAMAÇÃO: Estudos mostram que pessoas religiosas possuem menos moléculas inflamatórias trafegando nos vasos, o que afasta infartos, tumores etc.

CÓDIGO GENÉTICO: Ter e exercer a FÉ tornaria mais vagaroso o processo de encurtamento dos telômeros (as extremidades dos cromossomos), que leva ao envelhecimento.” ( 1 )

REFLEXÃO DE A. BIGCUORE: há anos venho defendo a minha tese do que chamo de A HOMEOSTASE DA PERSONALIDADE, qual seja, o verdadeiro e permanente EQUILIBRIO do ser humano como um todo: ESPIRITO, MENTE E CORPO.

A medicina chinesa há anos antes de Cristo, já apregoava a necessidade de se tratar o ser humano dentro de uma visão TRIDIMENSIONAL, qual seja, na dimensão espiritual, física e emocional.

Em minha tese, enfatizo que se a pessoa conseguir HARMONIZAR EM SI, os fatores, espiritual, físico e emocional, ela conseguiria um certo equilíbrio permanente, o qual sem sombra de dúvidas, a levaria à verdadeira felicidade.

Pois como prova o texto acima (inclusive por varias pesquisas do Dr. Koening, da Universidade de Duke, nos Estados Unidos) é que a ESPIRITUALIDADE faz melhorar, sobretudo o nosso Sistema Imunológico, tornando-nos menos  vulnerável a doenças. 

A nível de sistema nervoso, dos chamados “hormônios positivos”, tipo, SEROTONINA E ENDORFINAS, hormônios do bem estar que combatem, por tabela, os hormônios negativos do estresse, tipo adrenalina e os chamados cortisóis. O excesso de cortisol num organismo faz a pessoa ganhar peso; ganhar aumento de  pressão e, em conseqüência, fica vulnerável às doenças cardiovasculares.

Face ao exposto, a minha sugestão é (se você estiver acima do peso): faça uma reeducação alimentar, mude seus hábitos para melhor, pratique exercícios físicos, pelo menos três vezes por semana, tenha um hobby ou atividade voluntária que também ajuda na saúde integral. Ah...tenha uma alimentação balanceada com predominância dos ALIMENTOS  FUNCIONAIS. (que são aqueles que nutrem e tem componente terapêutico também).

 O Senhor esteja convosco.

 Ele está no meio de nós.

 PROCLAMAÇÃO do Evangelho de Jesus Cristo + segundo Marcos.

 Glória a vós, Senhor.

“Naquele tempo, disse Jesus a seus discípulos: 33Cuidado! Ficai atentos, porque não sabeis quando chegará o momento. 34É como um homem que, ao partir para o estrangeiro, deixou sua casa sob a responsabilidade de seus empregados, distribuindo a cada um sua tarefa. E mandou o porteiro ficar vigiando.

35Vigiai, portanto, porque não sabeis quando o dono da casa vem: à tarde, à meia-noite, de madrugada ou ao amanhecer. 36Para que não suceda que, vindo de repente, ele vos encontre dormindo. 37O que vos digo, digo a todos: Vigiai!”( 1 )

REFLEXÃO DE A. BIGCUORE: primeiro domingo do Advento. Tempo de 

preparação e acolhida do Menino Deus que irá nascer no Natal, em 31 de dezembro.

No texto supra, Jesus alerta seus discípulos para a VIGILÂNCIA!.

Não sabemos nem o dia e nem a hora, quando virá o Filho do Homem, ladeados de Anjos, em sua vinda definitiva para toda a gloria. Nem os Anjos, somente o Pai tem conhecimento.

Todo cristão consciente deve viver cada dia como se fosse o ultimo de sua vida, qual seja, preparado espiritual e emocionalmente para a vinda do Senhor Jesus. Quem vive diariamente em “estado de graça”, ou seja, em Comunhão com o Senhor Deus, estará imunizado contra o vírus do pecado e das ruínas do fim dos tempos.

O  mundo atual está imerso em convulsões, guerras intermináveis, sobretudo no Oriente Médio, corrupções avassaladoras, egoísmo, individualismo, erotismo etc. seguindo a lógica humana materialista e consumista. Como disse o Mestre, no mundo tereis tribulações, mas CORAGEM, EU VENCI O MUNDO!

Vivamos cada dia desse Novo Ano Litúrgico, com muita fé, esperança e caridade consigo mesmo e com os irmãos e irmãs de comunidade.

Que desça sobre todos nos, copiosas bênçãos dos céus, do Deus, que é Pai, Filho e Espírito Santo. Amém!

Inspired by the third of mercy, I had the idea of composing this chaplet I call ROSARY OF DIVINE HOPE. It can be prayed at any time, but the best time is from 15.00 hours (3 pm).
The mercy of God is infinite, but she needs to realize the conversion ATTITUDE heart of the person who uses it.

Inspirado no terço de misericórdia, tive a idéia de compor este Terço que chamo de TERÇO DA ESPERANÇA DIVINA. Ele pode ser rezado a qualquer hora, mas o melhor horário é o das 15,00 horas (3 da tarde).

A misericórdia de Deus é infinita, mas ela precisa perceber a ATITUDE de conversão do coração da pessoa que a ela recorre.

THEME: THE GOSPEL OF MATTHEW 25: 31-46

"At that time Jesus said to his disciples: 31" When the Son of Man comes in his glory, accompanied by all the angels, then he will sit on his glorious throne.
32Todos peoples on earth will be gathered before him, and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. 33E put the sheep on his right and the goats on his left.

34Então the King will say to those on his right, 'Come, blessed of my Father! Receive inherit the kingdom which my Father has prepared you since the creation of the world! 35Pois I was hungry and you gave me food; I was thirsty and you gave Me drink; I was a stranger and you welcomed me; 36eu was naked and you clothed me; I was sick and cuidastes me; I was in prison and you visited me. '
37Então, the righteous will answer him, 'Lord, when did we see thee hungry, and fed thee? Thirsty and gave thee drink? 38Quando did we see you a stranger and you received at home, and without clothes and clothe you? 39Quando did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you? '

40Então the King will answer them, 'Truly I tell you, every time you did it to the least of my brethren, was that you did to me!'
41Depois the King will say to those on his left, 'Depart from me, ye cursed! A. BIGCUORE´S REFLECTION: Beautiful two passage in Matthew's Gospel reminds us that essentially the idea of JUSTICE. From the Old Testament to the last book of the Bible, God tells us of justice and law, especially the Prophets and the Psalms of David.
A question arises: how to love Jesus today, considering that since Pentecost He ascended into heaven and is no longer bodily among us? (of course he is ALIVE in all the tabernacles of the world!).

He even responds to his disciples: every time one of the little acolherdes, all that time we eat these every time to drink every time you visited the sick, every time you visited the prisoners, whenever HOST WELL people, wherever ye ye walk, sowing smile, peace, affection, good education, be ye all of this pRACTICING RIGHTEOUSNESS and when God comes in his glory with all your Angels, you shall have booked your passport eternity !.

St. Paul tells us that "charity is the bond of perfectness." In 1 Corinthians 13: 3: "And though I bestow all my goods to the hungry, and though I give my body to the flames, had not LOVE, it profit me nothing. 4.The Love is patient, love is serviceable; is not envious, not sports, not to swell with pride. 7.Tudo excuse, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. "(2)
In verse 13, Paul concludes: "Now, therefore these three things remain: FAITH, HOPE AND LOVE. Most of them, however, is LOVE. "

In short, my brothers and my sisters in Christ, while we have strength, we work (doing our part) for the betterment of the Kingdom of God on pilgrimage to this land. Get to work, because the harvest is plentiful but the workers are missing !. Amen !.

TEMA: EVANGELHO DE MATEUS, 25, 31-46

“Naquele tempo, disse Jesus a seus discípulos: 31“Quando o Filho do Homem vier em sua glória, acompanhado de todos os anjos, então se assentará em seu trono glorioso.

32Todos os povos da terra serão reunidos diante dele, e ele separará uns dos outros, assim como o pastor separa as ovelhas dos cabritos. 33E colocará as ovelhas à sua direita e os cabritos à sua esquerda.

34Então o Rei dirá aos que estiverem à sua direita: ‘Vinde, benditos de meu Pai! Recebei como herança o Reino que meu Pai vos preparou desde a criação do mundo! 35Pois eu estava com fome e me destes de comer; eu estava com sede e me destes de beber; eu era estrangeiro e me recebestes em casa; 36eu estava nu e me vestistes; eu estava doente e cuidastes de mim; eu estava na prisão e fostes me visitar’.

37Então, os justos lhe perguntarão: ‘Senhor, quando foi que te vimos com fome e te demos de comer? Com sede e te demos de beber? 38Quando foi que te vimos como estrangeiro e te recebemos em casa, e sem roupa e te vestimos? 39Quando foi que te vimos doente ou preso e fomos te visitar?’

40Então o Rei lhes responderá: ‘Em verdade eu vos digo que todas as vezes que fizestes isso a um dos menores de meus irmãos, foi a mim que o fizestes!’

41Depois o Rei dirá aos que estiverem à sua esquerda: ‘Afastai-vos de mim, malditos! Ide para o fogo eterno, preparado para o diabo e para os seus anjos. 42Pois eu estava com fome e não me destes de comer; eu estava com sede e não me destes de beber; 43eu era estrangeiro e não me recebestes em casa; eu estava nu e não me vestistes; eu estava doente e na prisão e não me fostes visitar’.

44E responderão também eles: ‘Senhor, quando foi que te vimos com fome, ou com sede, como estrangeiro, ou nu, doente ou preso, e não te servimos?’

45Então o Rei lhes responderá: ‘Em verdade eu vos digo: todas as vezes que não fizestes isso a um desses pequeninos, foi a mim que não o fizestes!’

46Portanto, estes irão para o castigo eterno, enquanto os justos irão para a vida eterna”. Palavra do Senhor. Graças a Deus!.( 1 )

REFLEXÃO DE A. BIGCUORE: Lindíssima passagem do evangelho de Mateus que nos remete essencialmente à ideia de JUSTIÇA. Desde o Antigo Testamento até o ultimo livro da Biblia, Deus nos fala de Justiça e do Direito, sobretudo pelos profetas e nos Salmos de David.

Uma pergunta se impõe: como amar Jesus hoje, tendo em vista que desde Pentecostes Ele ascendeu aos céus, e já não está mais CORPORALMENTE entre nós? (é claro que Ele está VIVO em todos os Sacrários do mundo!).

Ele mesmo responde a seus discípulos: toda vez que acolherdes um dos pequeninos, toda que vez que destes de comer, toda vez que destes de beber, toda vez que fostes visitar os doentes, toda vez que visitastes os encarcerados, toda vez que ACOLHER BEM as pessoas, por onde vos andardes, semeando o sorriso, a paz, carinho, boa educação, em tudo isto vós estareis PRATICANDO A JUSTIÇA e, quando Deus vier em sua glória, com todos os seus ANJOS, vós tereis reservado o vosso passaporte para a eternidade!.

São Paulo, nos fala que a “caridade é o vínculo da perfeição”. Em 1 Coríntios, 13, 3: “Ainda que eu distribuisse todos os meus bens aos famintos, ainda que entregasse o meu corpo às chamas, se não tivesse o AMOR, nada disso me adiantaria. 4.O amor é paciente, o amor é prestativo; não é invejoso, não se ostenta, não se incha de orgulho. 7.Tudo desculpa, tudo crê, tudo espera, tudo suporta”. ( 2 )

No versículo 13, Paulo finaliza: “Agora, portanto permanecem estas tres coisas: a FÉ, A ESPERANÇA E O AMOR. A maior delas, porém, é o AMOR.”

Resumindo: meus Irmãos e minhas Irmãs em Cristo, enquanto tivermos forças, vamos trabalhando (fazendo a nossa parte) para o aprimoramento do Reino de Deus, em peregrinação por essa terra. Mãos à obra, pois a messe é grande, mas faltam operários!. Amém!.

Um feliz e santo domingo a todos vocês com bênçãos torrenciais vindas de Deus, que é Pai, Filho e Espírito Santo, amém!.

"At that time, Jesus told his disciples this parable: 14" A man was traveling abroad. Called his servants and gave them his goods. 15A one he gave five talents, to another two, and gave the third one; which each according to its capacity. Then traveled.
16The man who had received the five talents went at once, they worked with and earned five more.
17 of the same order, which had received two earned two more.

18Mas who had received one went off, dug a hole in the ground and hid his master's money.
19Depois too long, the boss returned and was settling accounts with employees.
20O who had received the five talents gave him five more, saying, 'Lord, you delivered to me five talents. Here are five, which profited '. 21The boss told him, 'Well done, good and faithful servant! As thou hast been faithful in the administration of so little, I will trust you more. Come join my joy!
Also 22Chegou that had received two talents came and said, 'Lord, you delivered to me two talents. Here are two more who profited '. 

23The boss told him, 'Well done, good and faithful servant! As thou hast been faithful in the administration of so little, I will trust you more. Come join my joy! '.
24Por finally got one who had received one talent came and said, 'Lord, I know that thou art an hard man, reaping where you did not plant it and reaping where you did not sow. 25Por it, got scared and hid your talent in the ground. Here you have what is yours. '

26th boss replied, 'You wicked, lazy servant! You knew that I reap where I have not sown and I reap where I did not sow? 27Então, you should have deposited my money in the bank, so that when you return, I received with interest that belongs to me '.
28In then the boss commanded: 'Take away the talent from him and give it to him who has ten! 29Porque to everyone who has will be given more, and he will have abundance, but from him who has not, even what he has will be taken away. 30Quanto this unprofitable servant, cast it out there in the darkness. There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth. '"

A.BIGCUORE´S REFLECTION: Beautiful two this parable from the Gospel of Matthew, in which Jesus teaches his disciples the importance of doing GOOD USE OF TALENT THAT GOD GIVES US.

God, in his infinite wisdom, gave talents in various ways to all people. A few gave five (5) other (2) and two others (1) a talent.
Those employees who were given five talents and two talents were soon multiplying them by double. And he that received one, got scared and buried his talent and not multiplied.

Thus one can understand this parable: we are all children of the same God, but we are possessing different talents people, according to their capabilities.
Jesus speaks here in essentially SPIRITUAL sense, so we understand at least; but involves also our intellectual and social development.

All Christians are responsible for the development of the KINGDOM OF GOD !. Nobody is useless, unless one who received one talent and that talent stifled within himself and therefore did not produce fruit.
We are geared to holiness !. God has given to every human being, a mission on this earth that must be met. However, much pass by the earth in order to ignore the teachings of God. Lead a useless life, ONLY concerned with material possessions and symbols of "status" and forget that the key is LOVE!. (There is so much corruption, violence and blatant social injustices !!!).

God wants us to love nature and everything He created. Wants us to live this love fully, that is, with the depth it deserves.

SEE, JUDGE AND ACT - TO REFLECT IN GROUP:

0.1. Do you participate in any ministry in your parish?
0.2. You, in short, do some volunteer work in your parish? Such as pastoral care, pastoral tithing, Legion of Mary etc?
0.3. How you use your talent? Does it multiply or bury it?

All have a holy and happy Sunday with torrential BLESSINGS that comes from heaven !. In the name of God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, Amen !.
