ORANGE FRUIT NOTE MAXIMUM

According to Health Magazine, December 2008, (1) orange was considered the top in rankings of healthy food.
The study was done by the U.S. nutrition specialist, Dr. David Katz, Yale University, U.S..

The teacher took more than a decade of studies to measure, item by item, of substances contained in the foods selected. He took note of 1 to 100 points.

The 100 notes were received:

Orange, asparagus, apricots, green beans, blueberries, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, kiwi, leaf mustard.

Other with high points were:

Plum 99 points, 93 points mango, pineapple 99 points; carrot 99 points, 99 points grapefruit, banana 91 pts, 91 pts melons, corn 91 pts, 93 pts red onion, lettuce 82 pts, 82 pts cod, shrimp 75 pts salmon 87 pts, etc.. etc..

What contains the orange?
Vitamin C protects against tumors, folic acid (vit. B-9)

Minerals: potassium and rich in flavonoids that fight called "free radicals" which are molecules (organic waste) responsible for premature aging of cells.

Fibers, bagasse is rich in fiber that are essential to the body to balance the level of blood sugar. The fibers massage the intestines and speed up metabolism, which makes the person lose weight.

Daily amount: just eating two oranges a day, preferably one after another after lunch and dinner. Eating and not suck!
Eating with the white and everything else!
Do this, and see your health progress!.
Fruits and vegetables are wonderful antioxidants that nature provides us with daily. It is vital to be healthy a balanced diet: third carbohydrates, 1/3 of protein and 1/3 of minerals.

Laranja, Fruta Nota Máxima

Segundo a Revista Saúde, de dezembro de 2.008,(1)  a laranja foi considerada a top, no ranking dos alimentos saudáveis.

O estudo foi feito pelo nutrologo americano, Dr.David Katz, da Universidade de Yale, dos Estados Unidos.

O professor levou mais de uma década de estudos para aferir, item por item, das substancias contidas nos alimentos selecionados. Ele deu nota de 1 a 100 pontos.

As que receberam notas 100 foram:

Laranja, aspargo, damasco, vagem, mirtilo, brócolis, couve-flor, repolho roxo, kiwi, folha de mostarda.

Outros com pontos elevados foram:

Ameixa 99 pontos; manga 93 pontos; abacaxi 99 pontos; cenoura 99 pontos; grapefruit 99 pontos; banana 91 pts; melão 91 pts; milho verde 91 pts; cebola roxa 93 pts; alface americana 82 pts; bacalhau 82 pts; camarão 75 pts, salmão 87 pts; etc. etc.

O que contem a laranja?

Vitaminas C que protege contra tumores; acido fólico(vit. B-9)

Minerais: potássio e rica em flavonóides que combatem os chamados “radicais livres”, que são moléculas (lixo orgânico) responsáveis pelo envelhecimento precoce das células.

Fibras: o bagaço é riquíssimo em fibras que são essenciais ao organismo para equilibrar o nível de açúcar no sangue. As fibras massageiam os intestinos e aceleram o metabolismo, o que faz a pessoa emagrecer.

Quantidade diária: bastam comer 2 laranjas por dia, de preferência, uma após o almoço e outra após o jantar. Comer e não chupar!!!

7 THE FACE OF GOD'S ANGELS - 2

The seven angels who serve on the Throne of the Most High, according to the apocryphal gospels (not recognized by the Catholic Church): Aniel, Saracael, Samuel, Zechariah, Phanuel, Uriel and Gamaliel.

The Holy Bible, however, explicitly mention the names of three (3) archangels (arch angels +) above the angels, they have a special mission.

In the Gospel of Luke 1: 19 we read: "I am GABRIEL. I'm always in the presence of God, and he told me to give this good news for you. "

In the Book of Revelation, Chapter 1, 4: "John to the seven churches which are in Asia. Wishing you grace and peace from him who is and who was and is, part of which are SEVEN SPIRITS BEFORE THE THRONE OF GOD "(my italics).

In the Book of Tobias, unfortunately the bible of our evangelical brothers do not have, given the passage of Rafael Angel who guides the young Tobias on his mission appointed by his father Tobit.

In chapter 12, verse 15 we read: "I am Raphael, one of the seven angels who are always ready to enter the glorious presence of the Lord." (My italics).

Therefore, my brothers and brothers in Christ, the existence of seven (7) angels who watch in the presence of God's Throne, is Biblical and undeniable!. Unfortunately, the Bible mentioned only three Archangels.

PRAYER: Heavenly Father, in the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and under the Maternal intercession of Mary, I beg you, Father, now that he send his angels to protect us.

I ask you Father, that he send his angels to protect us from all the darts of the enemy.

Free to our homes, our jobs, our families, in all places where we meet, free us from all evil spirits that populate the land to enforce his dear children, misfortune, misery, corruption, sex disordered , intrigue, envy, slander, jealousy, and unemployment.

Sort the São Miguel, the head of the Celestial Militia, which come with his angels to counteract any evil action, which brings so much misery to their children.

Send the 9 Choirs of Angels: Seraphim, Cherubim, Thrones, Dominions, Powers, Archangels and Angels too, so there is more peace, health and prosperity to every human being whose mission in this land, continues its cycle of evolution.

Let them, Lord, be sure your presence on this earth, to combat any kind of evil.
That their lights, continue lighting up the world and protecting all children from any dangers arising from their enemies visible and invisible.

All this we ask, Father Divine, in the name of his Son, Jesus Christ and the partaking of his mother-Disciple, MARY! Amen!.

Biblical Foundation: beyond the quote above, in the Gospel of Matthew also mentions in chapter 18, verse 10: "Be careful not to neglect any of these little ones, for I tell you, their angels in heaven are always in the Presence of my Father which is in heaven. " (1) (emphasis added).

The existence of angels is indisputable, because in the Bible there are over 200 passages mentioning these Pure Spirits, whose mission is to be messengers of God, illuminating us, guiding us, protecting us from all dangers, especially from the snares of the spirit evil.
They are about the nature of "pure spirits" and about the mission or function, messengers of God.

“So goes the canon 328 of the Catechism of the Roman Catholic Church: "The existence of spiritual beings, non-corporeal, that Sacred Scripture usually calls angels, is a truth of faith. The testimony of Scripture is about as clear as the unanimity of Tradition. " (2)

Therefore, they are not gods, however, has a well defined mission by God to protect us from all evils and dangers of this earthly life.
Amen, amen, amen! . God be praised forever!

THE BLESSING OF WATER BY LAY

Contrary to what many think, the laity can also BLESSING water because it has the character of the sacramental, but having to watch (in my opinion) the following preconditions:

0.1 - To be baptized;

0.2. - Being in a state of grace before God (in the Catholic Church have confessed and received communion) (each religion in its own way);

0.3. Assemble a small altar with the image of the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary;

0.4. Lighting a candle blessed and, kneeling, pray the prayer (preferably that this prayer is done in a 5th Friday, special day of worship of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, at 15.00 hours, now that Jesus died on the cross) below:


Prayer: The Divine Father in the name of his Son Jesus Christ, who redeemed us from death and sin by dying on a cross, his Holy Spirit and Maternal intercession of Mary, I beg I Divine Father, and in my condition Named for, in your Holy Church, and the seven (7) RECEIVED GIFTS OF THE HOLY SPIRIT, to send out your Spirit, now and bless this WATER, Thy creature, and whoever DRINK, be washed, cleansed, healed of all diseases Body, Soul and Spirit, and where it is sprayed, purify any environment, away from it all malignant influence.

ALL THIS, I ask You, Divine Eternal Father, in the name of Thy Son Jesus Christ, the Incarnate Word, and his Mother and Disciple, Cooredentora of Humanity, Mary!. Amen, amen, amen!

AUTHOR'S NOTE: Brothers and Sisters in Christ, you do not realize, I did experience this week, and the water is actually CHANGE. It seems there is a change in the molecules, making it heavier than that of normal water. (I am fully convinced of the action of the Holy Spirit of God on it!).

In my view, whoever gets it to become, had the backing of God. Otherwise, the person is not ready to bless it.

I used to bless the water on the radio, listening to the Program Pe.Serginho of São Paulo, the waves of IGUATEMI RADIO, every day, Monday through Friday, from 12.00 hours to 13.00. But as there was no holy water at home (I usually take all my meds with it and sprinkle it on every house), I "see you" as I could.
The best, whenever you can, send a priest you trust or even on TV. (The Pe.Robson of Trindade, Gois State into your daily schedule does to perfection).

Incredible, I blessed the water, it was just like the Father Sergio usually do!
Lo and behold! It is the POWER OF FAITH and purity of heart that touch the heart of God!

Jesus said a passage in the Gospel, can not remember now, that says, "if you believe, will do greater things than mine." Praise God, now and for eternity! Amen, amen, amen!

A Bênção Da Água Pelos Leigos

Contrariamente ao que muitos pensam, os leigos também podem ABENÇOAR a água, pois ela tem o caráter de  sacramental, tendo, porém, que  observar (na minha opinião) as seguintes pré-condições:

0.1  – Ser batizado;

0.2. – Estar em estado de graça perante Deus (na igreja Católica ter confessado e comungado); (cada religião a seu modo);

0.3. Montar um pequeno Altar com a Imagem dos Sagrados Corações de Jesus e Maria Santíssima;

0.4. Acender uma vela benta e, de joelhos, fazer a oração (de preferência que esta oração seja feita numa 5ª feira, dia especial de adoração ao Sagrado Coração de Jesus, às 15,00 horas, ora em que Jesus morreu na cruz) abaixo:

ORAÇÃO: O Divino Pai Celestial, em nome de seu Filho Jesus Cristo, que nos resgatou da morte e do pecado, morrendo numa cruz, e do seu Divino Espírito Santo e com a  Maternal intercessão de Maria Santíssima, Eu te Peço Divino Pai, e na minha condição de Batizado, em sua Santa Igreja, e pelos 7 (sete) DONS RECEBIDOS DO ESPÍRITO SANTO, que mande teu Espírito, agora, e ABENÇÕE essa ÁGUA, criatura Tua e, quem dela BEBER, seja lavado, purificado, curado, restaurado de todas as enfermidades do Corpo, da Alma e do Espírito e onde ela for ASPERGIDA, purifique todo ambiente, afastando dele toda influência malígna.

Tudo isto, eu Te peço, Divino Pai Eterno, em nome de Teu Filho Jesus Cristo, o Verbo Encarnado, e de sua Mãe e Discípula, Co-redentora da Humanidade, Maria Santíssima!. Amém,amém, amém!!!

NOTA DO AUTOR: Irmãos e Irmãs, em Cristo, vocês não imaginam, eu fiz a experiência esta semana, e realmente a água se MODIFICA. Parece que há uma modificação nas moléculas, deixando-a mais pesada, levemente adocicada bem diferente mesmo da água normal.(tenho plena convicção da ação do Espírito Santo de Deus sobre ela!).

No meu ponto de vista, quem conseguir que ela se transforme, teve o aval de Deus. Caso contrário, a pessoa ainda não está preparada para abençoá-la.

Eu costumo benzer a água pelo rádio, ao ouvir o Programa do Pe.Serginho de São Paulo, pelas ondas da RADIO IGUATEMI, todo dia, de segunda a sexta feira, das 12,00 horas às 13,00. Mas, como não havia água benta em casa(costumo tomar todos os meus remédios com ela e aspergi-la em toda casa), eu me “virei” como pude.

O melhor, sempre que puder, mande um Sacerdote de sua confiança ou mesmo pela TV.(O Pe.Robson de Trindade, Goiás, em seu programa diário o faz com perfeição).

Incrível, a água que eu abençoei, ficou igualzinha a que o Pe. Serginho costuma fazer!

Pasmem!!! É o PODER DA FÉ e a pureza de coração que tocam no Coração de Deus!

Jesus disse numa passagem do Evangelho, não me lembro agora, que diz: “se vocês acreditarem, farão coisas maiores que as minhas”.      Louvado seja DEUS, agora e por toda a eternidade! Amém,amém,amém!

Os 7 Anjos Da Face de Deus

Os 7 anjos que servem no Trono do Altíssimo, segundo os evangelhos apócrifos (não reconhecidos pela Igreja Católica):  Aniel,  Saracael,Samuel,Zacarias, Fanuel, Uriel e Gamaliel.

A Bíblia Sagrada, porém, menciona explicitamente os nomes dos 3 (três) Arcanjos(arqui+ anjos) acima dos anjos; eles tem missão especial.

No Evangelho de Lucas, 1, 19, lemos: “Eu sou GABRIEL. Estou sempre na presença de Deus, e ele me mandou dar esta boa notícia para você.”

No Livro do Apocalípse, capítulo 1, 4: “João, às sete igrejas que estão na região da Ásia. Desejo a vocês a graça e paz da parte daquele que é, que era e que vem; da parte dos SETE ESPÍRITOS que estão DIANTE DO TRONO DE DEUS;” (grifos meus).

No Livro de Tobias que, infelizmente na bíblia de nossos irmãos evangélicos não tem, consta a passagem do Anjo Rafael que guia o jovem Tobias em sua missão designada pelo seu pai Tobit.

No capítulo 12, versículos 15, lemos: “EU SOU RAFAEL, um dos sete anjos que estão sempre prontos para entrar na presença do Senhor glorioso”. (grifos meus).

Portanto, meus irmãos e minhas irmãos em Cristo, a existência de sete (7) anjos que assistem na presença do Trono Deus, é Bíblico e insofismável!. Infelizmente, a biblia mencionada apenas os 3 Arcanjos.

ORAÇÃO: Pai Celestial, em nome de seu Filho Jesus Cristo, e sob a intercessão  Maternal  de Maria Santíssima, eu lhe peço, Pai, neste momento, que mande seus anjos para a nossa proteção.

Peço-lhe Pai, que mande seus anjos para nos proteger de todos os dardos do inimigo.

Que livre nossas casas, nossos trabalhos, nossas famílias, em quaisquer lugares em que nos encontremos; livre-nos de todos os espíritos maus que pululam a terra para impingir a seus filhos queridos, a desgraça, a infelicidade, a corrupção, o sexo desordenado, as intrigas, as invejas, as calúnias, os ciúmes, e o desemprego.

Ordene a São Miguel, o chefe da Milícia Celeste, que venha com seus anjos para neutralizar toda a ação maligna, que tanta infelicidade traz a seus filhos.

Mande, os 9 Coros de Anjos: Serafins, Querubins, Tronos, Dominações, Potestades, Arcanjos e demais Anjos, para que haja mais paz, saúde e prosperidade a toda criatura humana, cuja missão neste terra, continua seu ciclo de evolução.

Que eles, Senhor, sejam a certeza de sua presença nesta terra, para combater todo e qualquer tipo de mal.

Que as suas luzes, continue iluminando o mundo e protegendo todos os seus filhos, de quaisquer insídias oriundas dos seus inimigos visíveis e invisíveis.

Tudo isto lhe pedimos, Divino Pai Celestial, em nome de seu Filho, JESUS CRISTO e com a co-participação de sua Mãe-Discípula, MARIA SANTÍSSIMA! Amém!!!.

Fundamento Bíblico: além das citações acima, no Evangelho de Mateus, também menciona no capítulo 18, versículo 10: “Cuidado para não desprezar nenhum desses pequeninos, pois eu digo a vocês: os ANJOS deles no céu estão sempre na PRESENÇA do meu PAI que está no céu”. ( 1 ) (grifos meus).

A existência dos Anjos é incontestável, pois na Bíblia existem mais de 200 passagens mencionando esses Espíritos Puros, cuja missão é de ser mensageiros de Deus, iluminando-nos, guiando-nos, protegendo-nos de todos os perigos, sobretudo das insídias do espírito maligno.

Portanto, eles não são deuses, porém, tem uma missão muito bem definida por Deus, para proteger-nos de todos os males e perigos dessa vida terrena.

Amém, amém, amém!!! .Deus seja eternamente louvado!!!
