Health:
1. Drink plenty of water
2. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper;
3. Eat what you grow on trees and plants, and less food produced in factories;
4. Live with the 3 E's: Energy, Enthusiasm and Empathy;
5. Make time to pray;
6. Play more games;
7. Read more books than I read in 2011;
8. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes per day;
9. Sleep 7 hours a day;
10. Do 10-30 minutes of walking per day, while walking and smiling.
Personality:
11. Do not compare your life to others. You have no idea how the journey of others;
12. Do not have negative thoughts or things that you have no control;
13. Do not exceed. Stay within your borders;
14. Do not become too serious. No one becomes;
15. Do not waste your precious energy on gossips;
16. Dream more awake;
17. Envy is a waste of time. You already have everything you need ....
18. Forget issues of the past. Do not remember your partner from their past mistakes. This will destroy your present happiness;
19. Life is short more to hate someone. Do not hate others.
20. You make peace with your past so do not screw up the present;
21. No one controls your happiness not your being;
22. Are you aware that life is a school and you're there to learn. Problems are simply part of the curriculum that appear and fade away like an algebra class but the lessons you learn lasts a lifetime;
23. I smiled and laughed more;
24. You do not need to win every argument. Accepted the disagreement;
Society:
25. Contact your family often;
26. Give something good to others every day;
27. Forgive everyone for everything;
28. Spend time with people over 70 years and under 6;
29. Try to make at least three people smile each day;
30. Do not respect what others think of you;
31. Your job will not take care of you when you're sick. Your friends will. Maintains contact with them.
Life:
32. Do what is right;
33. Get rid of what is not useful, beautiful or joyful;
34. GOD heals everything;
35. However good or bad the situation is .... It will change ...
36. No matter how you feel, get up, get up and appears;
37. The best is yet to come;
38. When you wake up alive in the morning, thank GOD for grace.
39. The interior is always happy. So be happy.
A. BigCuore´s Reflection (*). Modesty aside, I can say that I practice that says 80% of this beautiful message. But it's always good to go if we remember and renew daily. They are wise counsel, most self-help gurus, and if we meditate calmly, Jesus and the Gospels, especially the Bible, you will see that everything is there to put it differently. Above all, the so-called wisdom books such as Ecclesiasticus, Proverbs, Wisdom, Psalms, Ecclesiastes, etc..
