THEME - THE GOSPEL ACCORDING TO LUKE 14.25 to 33 **
Conditions to be a disciple of Jesus:
Large crowds followed Jesus. "Turning
He said:" If anyone comes to Me and does not give preference more to me
that his father, his mother, the wife, children, brothers, sisters, and
even his own life, this can not be my disciple. Who does not carry his cross and walk behind me, can not be my disciple. "(1)
Discipleship, first of all, is someone who follows a certain master. But in the case in question, it is the Master of Masters: Jesus Christ! . Consequently, the disciple must follow to the letter the precepts of the Master.
Jesus makes clear the context of Luke's Gospel, to above, to follow Him implies RESIGN YOURSELF, take up his cross daily and move on spreading God's design, that is, the message of the Gospels.

BODY WORKS: to feed the hungry; give drink to the thirsty; clothe the naked; to lodge the pilgrims; visit the sick and imprisoned; redeem the captives; attend the burial of the dead.
SPIRITUAL WORKS: Give good advice; teach the ignorant; correct the erring; comfort the afflicted; Transgression; suffer with patience the weaknesses of others; pray to God for the living and the dead.
Behold, my brothers and my sisters in Christ, the path that the disciple of Jesus, MUST FOLLOW, if you want to enter into heaven !.
