                     GOSPEL ACCORDING TO JOHN - (Jn 8.1 to 11)
At that time Jesus went to the Mount of Olives. At dawn, he returned again to the temple. All the people gathered around him. Sitting up, he began to teach them. However, the scribes and the Pharisees brought a woman caught in adultery. Putting the midst of them, they said to Jesus, 'Teacher, this woman was caught in the act of adultery. Moses in the law commanded stone such women.

What do you say? ' They asked it to experience Jesus and had reason to accuse him. But Jesus bent down and started writing with his finger on the ground. As they persisted in questioning him, Jesus stood up and said, 'Who among you is without sin be the first to throw a stone at her.' And making the lean, wrote on the ground.

LECTIO DIVINE - WORD prayerful reading. There are two bias in this biblical text. The first hypocritical view of the Pharisees and teachers of the law, which with its SUPERB, were judging a woman who was caught in adultery, and according to the law of Moses, she should be stoned.The second bias is that of God's mercy. Jesus masterfully plays when they ask, "who is without sin cast the first stone."

Pride is a serious sin capital. We put ourselves above others and making prejudgments. We have seen that even in people who are several times per week in the church receiving even the Holy Eucharist, but in their attitudes themselves as "better" than others.

We must raise awareness in which we live by God's MERCY. Without it we would ALL DOOMED! Therefore, in this Lent, which is a favorable time for conversion, we will review our everyday attitudes, to conform them with the Holy Gospel of Jesus, that is, with his will.Live as Jesus lived.
