Il Dr. Earl Mindell, nel suo famoso libro "Earl Mindell's Vitamin Bible" (1), parla dell'importanza di vitamine e minerali per combattere la depressione e l'ansia.
Dice che "in molti casi, le vitamine e i minerali, mostrati sotto, si sono dimostrati efficaci nel trattamento della depressione e dell'ansia.

Vitamina B-1 (tiamina): sembra che grandi quantità incoraggino persone depresse e rassicurino le persone ansiose.

Vitamina B-6 (pirossina): importante per il funzionamento delle ghiandole surrenali.

Acido pantotenico: allevia la tensione.

Vitamina C (acido ascorbico): essenziale per combattere l'esaurimento.

Vitamina E (alfa-tacoferolo): aiuta le cellule del cervello a ottenere l'ossigeno necessario per il suo funzionamento.

Zinco: controlla i processi del corpo e aiuta nelle funzioni cerebrali.

Magnesio: necessario per il funzionamento dei nervi; è conosciuto come il minerale contro l'esaurimento.

Calcio: rende la persona meno eccitata e più rilassata. "

A. BigCuore Commento: Fondamentalmente, la depressione è un problema di chimica del cervello organico. Quando la serotonina, il principale neurotrasmettitore è insufficientemente secreto nel corpo, la persona si sente male, non avendo volontà per nulla. È lunatica, scoraggiata, non è interessata a nulla (cade nella libido). 

Quindi è il momento di cercare lo specialista della zona (psichiatra). La funzione di questo è di prescrivere l'antidepressivo, che "equalizzerà" la quantità di seretonina di cui il corpo ha bisogno.

Parallelamente a questo, è imperativo che la persona faccia anche la terapia comportamentale. Esercizi fisici (un'ora di cammino al giorno, nuoto, aerobica in acqua ecc.).
L'essere umano è INTEGRALE: spirito, mente e corpo!

Come dico nella mia teoria dell'equilibrio omeostatico della personalità, dobbiamo armonizzare i tre fattori al fine di avere una vita "equilibrata" nella nostra vita quotidiana. Soprattutto, la spiritualità e la religiosità aiutano una persona ad equilibrarsi, formando un insieme armonioso.

RICETTA NATURALE

1 cucchiaino di polvere di zafferano:
1 banana nano impastata:
1 cucchiaio di polvere di cacao alcalino;
1 cucchiaio da tavola di quinoa a scaglie;
1 cucchiaio di avena fine

Cospargere di yogurt, è meraviglioso! Bevo tutti i giorni e funziona! Aumentata la disposizione generale dell'organismo!

Questa formula è meravigliosa. Per coloro che non conoscono lo zafferano, oltre all'eccellente antiinfiammatorio, è antiossidante e aumenta il livello di seretonina nel cervello. Il suo colore giallastro è dovuto ai caratenoidi, che contiene. Il caratenoide si trasforma in vitamina A nel corpo dopo il metabolismo, migliorando notevolmente la vista.
Lo zafferano contiene le seguenti vitamine: A, B-12 e C.


Nota: non prendere medicine senza il consiglio di un professionista della salute!

Biblical Reflection. Mark 1, 21-28

Gospel - Mark 1: 21-28

Hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah.
The people who lay in the darkness saw a great light shining; the light dawned on those who lay in the remnants of death (Mark 4:16).

Proclamation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ according to Mark.
 They went to Capernaum. And on the sabbath day, Jesus went into the synagogue and began to teach.
 They marveled at his doctrine, because he taught them as having authority, and not as the scribes.
 Now in their synagogue there was a man possessed of an unclean spirit, who cried out,
"What have you to do with us, Jesus of Nazareth? Have you come to lose us? I know who you are: the Holy One of God!

 But Jesus summoned him, saying, "Be still, come out of this man!"
 The unclean spirit shook him violently and, with a great cry, left.

 They were all so astonished that they asked one another, "What is this? This is a new teaching, and it is done with authority, and it commands even the unclean spirits, and they obey it!"
 His fame was soon spread throughout all the environs of Galilee.
Word of Salvation. Glory to you, Lord!

A. BIGCUORE´S REFLECTION. After the choice of the 12 Apostles, Jesus goes out to teach. Enter a synagogue (temple of the Jews) on a Sabbath day, this one day, special and sacred to the Jews.
The text says that everyone marveled at his doctrine. He spoke with AUTHORITY and not as the scribes. Certainly, Jesus spoke and speaks to us even today with moral authority, for his Authenticity is undeniable in comparison with the wisdom of the world and, in this case, the scribes.

Jesus is AUTHENTIC !. He spoke and spoke with the hearts of those who truly LOVE his people, his disciples. Your Love is fascinating and charms people because their LOVE IS TOTALLY FREE !. That's the big difference!

Such was the AUTHORITY of Jesus, that even the devils respect Him and know who He is! This is what happened in the present passage narrated by Mark. Jesus teaching with authority in the Temple, and someone introduces him to a person possessed by an evil spirit. The Master exorcises this demon: "Shut up! Get out of this man. " And so it was, the man was delivered from the evil spirit.

The message of Jesus liberates, gives dignity back to people, making them more sociable; more loving and more supportive.

Selfishness enslaves, but the LOVE of Jesus always sets us free!

Let all your family descend upon you, the Blessing of Almighty God: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, amen!

Evangelho - Marcos 1,21-28

Aleluia, aleluia, aleluia. 
O povo que jazia nas trevas viu brilhar uma luz grandiosa; a luz despontou para aqueles que jaziam nas sobras da morte (Mc 4,16). 

Proclamação do Evangelho de Jesus Cristo segundo Marcos. 
 Dirigiram-se para Cafarnaum. E já no dia de sábado, Jesus entrou na sinagoga e pôs-se a ensinar.
 Maravilhavam-se da sua doutrina, porque os ensinava como quem tem autoridade e não como os escribas.

 Ora, na sinagoga deles achava-se um homem possesso de um espírito imundo, que gritou:
"Que tens tu conosco, Jesus de Nazaré? Vieste perder-nos? Sei quem és: o Santo de Deus!
 Mas Jesus intimou-o, dizendo: "Cala-te, sai deste homem!"

 O espírito imundo agitou-o violentamente e, dando um grande grito, saiu.
 Ficaram todos tão admirados, que perguntavam uns aos outros: "Que é isto? Eis um ensinamento novo, e feito com autoridade; além disso, ele manda até nos espíritos imundos e lhe obedecem!"
 A sua fama divulgou-se logo por todos os arredores da Galiléia.!
Palavra da Salvação. Glória a Vós, Senhor!

REFLEXÃO A. BIGCUORE. Após a escolha dos 12 Apóstolos, Jesus sai a caminho para ensinar. Entra numa Sinagoga (templo dos judeus) num dia de sábado, isto um dia, especial e sagrado para os judeus.

Diz o texto que todos se maravilhavam com sua doutrina. Ele falava com AUTORIDADE e não como os escribas. Com certeza, Jesus falava e nos fala, ainda hoje, com autoridade moral, pois a sua Autenticidade é inegável, em comparação com a sabedoria do mundo e, no caso, dos escribas.
Jesus é AUTENTICO!. Falava e fala com o coração de quem AMA VERDADEIRAMENTE o seu povo, os seus discípulos. Seu Amor é fascinante e encanta as pessoas porque seu AMOR É TOTALMENTE GRATUÍTO!. Eis a grande diferença!

Tal era a AUTORIDADE de Jesus, que até os demônios, o respeitam e sabem quem Ele é!. É o que aconteceu na presente passagem narrada por Marcos. Jesus ensinando com autoridade no Templo, e alguém lhe apresenta uma pessoa possuída por um espírito mau. O Mestre exorciza este demônio: “Cala-te! Sai deste homem”. E assim se fez, o homem ficou liberto do espírito maligno.
A mensagem de Jesus liberta, devolve a dignidade às pessoas, tornando-as mais sociáveis; mais amáveis e mais solidárias.

O egoísmo escraviza, mas o AMOR de Jesus nos liberta sempre!

Que desça sobre Você toda a sua família, a Bênção do Deus Todo-Poderoso: o Pai, o Filho e o Espírito Santo, amém!.

This Sunday the Church celebrates the feast of the Epiphany, which means manifestation. The child of God manifests himself to the world as the prophets of the Old Testament predicted.
Today's text is set forth in the Gospel of St. Matthew, chapter 2, verses 1 to 12.
Antiphon: "In Bethlehem in Judea, for thus it is written through the prophet:" And you, Bethlehem, the land of Judah, is by no means the least of the chief cities of Judah, to lead Israel, my people "(cf. v. 6, chapter 2) (Pauline Bible, pastoral edition, p.

Herod, then governor, learns of the guide star and tries to entice the wise men to tell him when to find the Boy.

A. BIGCUORE´S COMMENT: There are two dimensions in this text that serve as a basis for good reflection.
First, God manifests himself to the simple, to the true worshipers. The Magi enter the house and see the Child with Mary, his mother. They knelt before him and paid him homage. Then they opened the coffers, and offered gifts to the boy: gold, frankincense, and myrrh. Warned in a dream, that they should not return to Erodes, they departed into their country by another way "(VS 11 and 12).

All the people awaited the coming of the Messiah Savior. Herod, they did not want to worship anything; he wanted, in fact, to kill the Child God, for this was THREAT to his throne, to his earthly power! Herod's SELFISH attitude.

The simple, humble people, yes, this one wanted to SEE the Boy! He wanted, like the Magi, to go to the MEETING with the Child Savior! It is imperative to point out that the Magi were shepherds and pagans, and yet they wanted to SEE Jesus; they wanted to see the true Messiah!
Jesus is later REJECTED by elites and the poor in spirit, embrace him, welcome him as truly being the Son of God, the expected Messiah.


Second dimension. Sign of contradiction: Jesus is rejected by his people, especially by the elite of Israel and welcomed even by the pagans. See the present case of the Pastors, humble people and they were considered pagans. Another case of the Roman Centurion: "Lord, speak only a word and my servant will be healed!"

Conclusion: Verse 12: "Warned in a dream, that they should not return to Herod, they departed into their country, following another way." What other way is this? It's the way of CONVERSION !. After this event, the magical shepherds were never again the same people. They recognize in Jesus, the Messiah, the Savior whom the prophets had long ago predicted would come to Israel.

01. What are the paths leading to the encounter with Jesus?
02. Which way are you looking for my brother, my sister?
03. Is it really that our communities (churches) are on the way out to meet the weakest?
04. What, we Christians, must we do to CHANGE our ATTITUDES to improve the process of evangelization?
05. What do you mean by conversion?

Reflexão Bíblica. A EPIFANIA do Senhor.(Mt. 2,1-12)

Neste domingo a Igreja celebra a festa da Epifania, que significa manifestação. O menino Deus se manifesta ao mundo conforme já previram os profetas do Antigo Testamento.

O texto de hoje, está previsto em Evangelho de São Mateus, capitulo 2, versículos de 1 a 12.

Antífona: “Em Belém, na Judeia, porque assim está escrito por meio do profeta: “E você, Belém, terra de Judá não é de modo algum a menor entre as principais cidades de Judá, porque de você sairá um Chefe, que vai apascentar Israel, meu povo”.(cf. v. 6, cap. 2) (Bíblia Paulinas, edição pastoral pg. 1.240).

Herodes, então governador, fica sabendo da estrela guia e tenta aliciar os reis magos para que o avisem quando encontrar o Menino.

COMENTÁRIO A. BIGCUORE: há duas dimensões neste texto que servem de base a uma boa reflexão.

Primeiro: Deus se manifesta aos simples, aos verdadeiros adoradores. Os reis magos entram na casa e veem o Menino com Maria, sua mãe. Ajoelharam-se diante dele, e lhe prestaram homenagem. Depois abriram os cofres, e ofereceram presentes ao menino: ouro, incenso e mirra. Avisados em sonho para não voltarem a Erodes, partiram para a região deles por outro caminho”.(VS. 11 e 12).

Todo o povo aguardava a vinda do Messias Salvador. Herodes, não queriam adorar coisa alguma; ele queria, na verdade, matar o Menino Deus, pois este era AMEAÇA a seu trono, a seu poder terreno! Atitude EGOÍSTA de Herodes.

O povo simples, humilde, sim, este queria VER o Menino! Queria, como os reis magos, ir ao ENCONTRO com o Menino Salvador! É imperativo ressaltar que os reis magos eram pastores e pagãos e, mesmo assim, eles queriam VER Jesus; queriam ver o verdadeiro Messias!

Jesus, posteriormente, é REJEITADO pelas elites e os pobres em espírito, o abraçam, o acolhem como verdadeiramente sendo o Filho de Deus, o Messias esperado.

Segunda dimensão. Sinal de contradição: Jesus é rejeitado pelo seu povo, sobretudo pela elite de Israel e acolhido até pelos pagãos. Vide o presente caso dos Pastores, pessoas humildes e eram considerados pagãos. Outro caso do Centurião romano: “Senhor, diga apenas uma palavra e meu empregado será curado!”

Conclusão: Versículo 12: “Avisados em sonho para não voltarem a Herodes, partiram para a região deles,  seguindo OUTRO CAMINHO”. Que outro caminho é este? É o caminho da CONVERSÃO!. Depois desse acontecimento, os pastores magos, jamais voltaram a ser as mesmas pessoas. Eles reconhecem em Jesus, o Messias, o Salvador que, há tempos os profetas já preanunciavam que viria para Israel.

01. Quais os caminhos que levam ao encontro com Jesus?

02. Qual o caminho que Você está procurando meu irmão, minha irmã?

03. Será que, verdadeiramente, as nossas comunidades(igrejas) estão em saída, ao encontro dos mais fragilizados?

04. O que, nós cristãos, devemos fazer para MUDAR as nossas ATITUDES para o aperfeiçoamento do processo de evangelização?

05. O que você entende por conversão?

Este domingo celebramos la Fiesta de la Sagrada Familia. El evangelio de mañana (31), está previsto en Lucas, capítulo 2, versículos de 22 a 40.

"María y José llevan al niño al Templo en Jerusalén para la purificación según la Ley de Moisés." Todo primogénito de sexo masculino será consagrado al Señor. Como eran de familia simple y humilde, llevaron uno para de rodillos y dos pichones para ser ofrecidos en sacrificio, conforme a la ley Mosaica.

Simeón era un hombre justo y piadoso. No quería morir ser ver la venida del Salvador. 25 El Espíritu Santo estaba con él. Él había tenido la Revelación del Espíritu Santo de que no moriría sin primero ver al Mesías. Y profetiza que sería signo de contradicción en Israel.

Simeón y Ana, la viuda de 84 años, representan a los pobres que esperan la liberación de Israel. Él va a dividir a las personas entre pobres que creen en el Niño Dios y los ricos que esperan un Mesías, cubierto de oro, que liberaría al pueblo judío del yugo del Imperio Romano.

Simeón toma al Niño en los brazos y profetiza: "Ahora Señor, conforme a tu promesa, puedes dejar que tu siervo partir en paz. Porque mis ojos vieron tu salvación, que preparaste delante de todos los pueblos: luz para iluminar las naciones y gloria de tu pueblo, Israel. Una espada ha de atravesar el alma, dice a María Santísima, Madre de Jesús.

COMENTARIO A. BIGCUORE. Me pregunto cuál debe haber sido la reacción de María, cuando el profeta Simeón, le dice que el niño sería causa de contradicción y que una espada le traspasar el alma.
Debe haber quedado medio atónita con la previsión pesimista sobre el Niño Dios (aquí muestra su parte humana).

Pero, en el íntimo, María tenía conciencia de que sería Madre del Salvador, pues el Arcángel San Gabriel, cuando de la Anunciación, le revela: "El Espíritu Santo vendrá sobre usted, y la fuerza del Altísimo la cubrirá con su sombra. Por eso, el Santo que va a nacer de ti será llamado Hijo de Dios "(cap. 1, 35).

LECTIO DIVINA: ¿cómo podemos contextualizar el trecho supra ?. La familia patriarcal de entonces, es muy diferente en los días de hoy (2.017).

Todas ellas tienen imperfecciones. Lo que no se puede cambiar es el AMOR que debe ser el centro de cualquier familia. El respeto entre padres e hijos y entre la familia y la sociedad, en fin, en el mundo de las relaciones humanas.
El evangelista Juan, nos dice en una de sus cartas, que Dios es amor. Sin duda, es el mejor concepto de Dios que he escuchado.

Hoy, en este mundo loco en que vivimos, con muchas guerras y terrorismo, injusticias sociales gritantes, sobre todo en el tercer mundo, ¿cómo sobrevivir sin perder su esencia?

Entiendo que la ORACIÓN, la meditación de la Palabra de Dios, la vida sacramental (confesión y eucaristía) para nosotros cristianos católicos, son ESENCIALES para su supervivencia.

Utilizar la tecnología, como dice el Santo Padre Francisco, para la propagación del bien; de la buena nueva del Evangelio de Jesús, en fin, transmitir buenos conocimientos; actuando así, el Espíritu Santo hace morada en el seno de la familia.

Resolviendo la oración del Rosario y la lectura de la Biblia, en familia ayuda mucho a mantenerla UNIDA y fuerte para enfrentar las vicisitudes de la vida secular.
Una pregunta se impone: ¿cómo está su familia hoy? ¿Está unida o desunida? ¿Está solamente preocupada por los bienes de este mundo o tiene conciencia plena de que estamos aquí de paso?

This Sunday, we celebrate the Feast of the Holy Family. The gospel of tomorrow (31) is set forth in Luke, chapter 2, verses 22-40.

SYNOPSIS: Mary and Joseph take the child to the Temple in Jerusalem for purification according to the Law of Moses. "Every firstborn male shall be consecrated to the Lord. As they were of simple and humble family, they took a para-turtle and two young pigeons to be offered as a sacrifice, according to the Mosaic law.
Simeon was a just and godly man. I did not want to die to see the Savior coming. 25The Holy Spirit was with him. He had had the Revelation of the Holy Spirit that he would not die without first seeing the Messiah. And prophesy that He would be a sign of contradiction in Israel.

Simeon and Anna, the 84-year-old widow, represent the poor waiting for Israel's release. He will divide the people among the poor who believe in the Child God and the rich who expect a Messiah, covered in gold, that would free the Jewish people from the yoke of the Roman Empire.
Simeon takes the child in his arms and prophesies, "Now, Lord, according to your promise, you can let your servant go in peace. For my eyes have seen your salvation, which you have prepared before all people: a light to give light to the nations and the glory of your people, Israel. " A sword must pierce his soul, he says to Mary Most Holy, Mother of Jesus.

A. BIGCUORE´S COMMENT: I wonder what the reaction of Mary should have been when the prophet Simeon tells her that the boy would be a cause of contradiction and that a sword would pierce his soul!

She must have been a little astonished at the pessimistic prediction about the Child God.
Mary was aware that she would be the Mother of the Savior, for the Archangel Gabriel at the Annunciation reveals to her: "The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. Therefore, the Holy One who will be born of you will be called the Son of God "(Chapter 1, 35).

LECTIO DIVINA: how can we contextualize the above passage ?. The patriarchal family of then, is very different nowadays (2,017). They all have imperfections. What can not be changed is the LOVE that should be the center of any family. The respect between parents and children and between the family and society, finally, in the world of human relations.
The Evangelist John tells us in one of his letters that GOD IS LOVE !. Undoubtedly, it is the best concept of God I have ever heard.

Today, in this crazy world where we live, with many wars and terrorism, blatant social injustices, especially in the third world, how to survive without losing its essence?
I understand that PRAYER, the meditation of the Word of God, the sacramental life (confession and eucharist) for us Catholic Christians, are ESSENTIAL for their survival.

To use technology, as the Holy Pope says, for the propagation of the good; of the good news of the Gospel of Jesus, in short, to transmit good knowledge; In doing this, the Holy Spirit dwells within the family.

Rescuing the Rosary prayer and reading the Bible in the family helps a great deal to keep you united and strong in facing the vicissitudes of secular life.
One question prevails: how is your family today? Is it united or disunited? Are you only concerned with the goods of this world or are you fully aware that we are here in transit?
