Thou wilt say then, in the presence of the Lord your God: 'My father was a wandering Aramean who went down to Egypt with a handful of people and lived there as a foreigner. There became a great, mighty, and numerous people. The Egyptians dealt ill and oppressed, imposing on us hard bondage.We cry, then the Lord, the God of our fathers, and the Lord heard our voice and saw our oppression, our misery and our oppression. 

And the Lord brought us out of Egypt with a mighty hand and an outstretched arm, amid great terror, with signs and wonders. He led us to this place and gave us this land flowing with milk and honey.So now I bring the first fruits of the land which thou hast given me, Lord. 'After placed the fruits before the Lord thy God, thou bow thyself in worship before him. "

It is by believing in the heart that achieves justice and is confessing the faith with your mouth that we obtain salvation. For the scripture saith, Whosoever believes in him shall not be confounded. "So no matter the difference between Jew and Greek; all have the same Lord who is generous to all who call upon him.In fact, everyone who calls on the Name of the Lord shall be saved.

GOSPEL ACCORDING TO LUKE (Lk 4.1 to 13)

- Lord be with you.- He is among us.- Proclamation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ according to Luke +.- Praise to you, Lord.

At that time Jesus, full of the Holy Spirit, returned from Jordan, and in the wilderness, he was guided by the Spirit. There was tempted by the devil for forty days. He ate nothing in those days, and after that, he was hungry. The devil then said to Jesus, "If thou be the Son of God, command this stone to turn it into bread." Jesus replied, "Scripture says, 'Not by bread alone does man live'"The devil took Jesus up, showed him in an instant all the kingdoms of the world and told him: "I will give you all this power and all its glory, because all this was handed to me and I can give it to whom want. So if you fall down in worship before me, it will all be yours. "

Jesus replied, "Scripture says, 'Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and serve him only.'"Then the devil took Jesus to Jerusalem, placed it on the highest part of the temple and said, "If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down! For the scripture says, 'God will command his angels concerning you, to guard you carefully!' And further: 'They will carry you in their hands, lest you dash your foot against a stone.' "

But Jesus replied, "Scripture says, 'Do not tempt the Lord thy God.'"After all temptation, the devil departed from Jesus to return in due time.


LECITO DIVINE -  PRAYERFUL WORD FOR READING A. BIGCUORE: 

A layman who knows little about the Word of God may seem, at first sight, how can God be trying the devil?Yes! He has since had two natures: human and divine. And down so it should also be tempted by the devil as part of their "script" of life on this earth.

Only with one big difference: He won and Satan always wins! Notice how the devil is smart and knows the color of God's Word. "If you are the Son of God, cast thyself down! For the scripture says, 'God will command his angels concerning you, to guard you carefully! "And further:" They shall bear thee in their hands, lest you dash your foot against a stone. " But Jesus replied, "Scripture says," Do not tempt the Lord thy God. " After the temptation, the devil departed from Jesus, to resume at the appropriate time. "

Most envy of the devil, for Jesus, is that it does not conform to NOT WORSHIPPED, the people of God and by Jesus himself! Gasp! He wanted to be worshiped as God !!! For that reason it was expelled from Paradise!Modern temptations are: money and all it can buy; egomania (note nowadays "smartphones" and their "selfies."; lust, POWER, vanities One of the most common is the CULT TO OWN EGO !!!As we are vain !. We can not see one millimeter beyond our own navel!

The devil is clever. It does EVERYTHING FOR HUMAN NOT THINK !. He deviates from the path of God, offering him material things: beautiful and powerful cars; beautiful women (to practice sex); beautiful house; fine clothes and fashion; TV (fanaticism for football, in the case of Brazil); Super fanaticism by American Bowal, for example. Basketball etc.

Of course, the sport is a good thing and is good for health, but when it is placed above the divine values, then becomes something harmful to the human soul.Therefore, the world is so violent. There are so many miseries; social injustice; hunger; prejudice and segregation. (life case of Middle East refugees).

My brothers and sisters, we are on the first Sunday of Lent, and Lent is time of Forgiveness, Reconciliation and HEART CONVERSION! Convert  is LIFE CHANGE! It is to replace our hearts of stone to hearts of flesh, new, washed by the blood of the Lamb.

Let us make our purposes, this Lent, to evolve spiritually and as a human being too, volver our gaze to the transcendent values. Let's do the fasting of the tongue; from Internet; television etc. And devote our time to visit a patient; to engage in a neighbor help volunteer project; and much PRAYER. Only fighting evil through much PRAYER, by deep study of the Holy Scriptures and especially the Holy Eucharist !.

In Jeremiah 17: 5 we read, "Thus says Yahweh: Cursed is the man who trusts in man and seeking support in the flesh and whose heart turns away from Yahweh. Will be as lonely tree in the desert, that does not quite see the rain: dwell in the scorching desert, in a salt land and not inhabited. BLESSED THE MAN WHO TRUST IN YAHWEH, and the Lord puts his safety. 

He is like a tree planted by d'agua edge and loose roots into the river. It does not fear when heat comes, and its leaves are always green; in dry years, is not disturbed, and continues to bear fruit. The heart is more deceitful than anything else, and it is difficult to cure: who among us can understand it "(italics mine)?..

Primeira Leitura (Dt 26, 4-10)

Leitura do Livro do Deuteronômio:

Assim Moisés falou ao povo: “O sacerdote receberá de tuas mãos a cesta e a colocará diante do altar do Senhor teu Deus.

Dirás, então, na presença do Senhor teu Deus: ‘Meu pai era um arameu errante, que desceu ao Egito com um punhado de gente e ali viveu como estrangeiro. Ali se tornou um povo grande, forte e numeroso. Os egípcios nos maltrataram e oprimiram, impondo-nos uma dura escravidão.

Clamamos, então, ao Senhor, o Deus de nossos pais, e o Senhor ouviu a nossa voz e viu a nossa opressão, a nossa miséria e a nossa angústia. E o Senhor nos tirou do Egito com mão poderosa e braço estendido, no meio de grande pavor, com sinais e prodígios. E conduziu-nos a este lugar e nos deu esta terra, onde corre leite e mel.

Por isso, agora trago os primeiros frutos da terra que tu me deste, Senhor’.

Depois de colocados os frutos diante do Senhor teu Deus, tu te inclinarás em adoração diante dele”.

SALMO RESPONSORIAL 91(90)

— Em minhas dores, ó Senhor, permanecei junto de mim!

— Em minhas dores, ó Senhor, permanecei junto de mim!

— Quem habita ao abrigo do Altíssimo/ e vive à sombra do Senhor onipotente,/ diz ao Senhor: “Sois meu refúgio e proteção,/ sois o meu Deus, no qual confio inteiramente”.

— Nenhum mal há de chegar perto de ti,/ nem a desgraça baterá à tua porta;/ pois o Senhor deu uma ordem a seus anjos/ para em todos os caminhos te guardarem.

Segunda Leitura (Rm 10, 8-13)

Leitura da Carta de São Paulo aos Romanos:

Irmãos: O que diz a Escritura? “A palavra está perto de ti, em tua boca e em teu coração”. Essa palavra é a palavra da fé, que nós pregamos.

Se, pois, com tua boca confessares Jesus como Senhor e, no teu coração, creres que Deus o ressuscitou dos mortos, serás salvo. É crendo no coração que se alcança a justiça e é confessando a fé com a boca que se consegue a salvação. Pois a Escritura diz: Todo aquele que nele crer não ficará confundido”.

Portanto, não importa a diferença entre judeu e grego; todos têm o mesmo Senhor, que é generoso para com todos os que o invocam.

De fato, todo aquele que invocar o Nome do Senhor será salvo.    

  

EVANGELHO SEGUNDO LUCAS (Lc 4,1-13)

— O Senhor esteja convosco.

— Ele está no meio de nós.

— PROCLAMAÇÃO do Evangelho de Jesus Cristo + segundo Lucas.

— Glória a vós, Senhor.

Naquele tempo, Jesus, cheio do Espírito Santo, voltou do Jordão, e, no deserto, ele era guiado pelo Espírito. Ali foi tentado pelo diabo durante quarenta dias. Não comeu nada naqueles dias e, depois disso, sentiu fome. O diabo disse, então, a Jesus: “Se és Filho de Deus, manda que esta pedra se mude em pão”. Jesus respondeu: “A Escritura diz: ‘Não só de pão vive o homem’”

O diabo levou Jesus para o alto, mostrou-lhe por um instante todos os reinos do mundo e lhe disse: “Eu te darei todo este poder e toda a sua glória, porque tudo isto foi entregue a mim e posso dá-lo a quem quiser. Portanto, se te prostrares diante de mim em adoração, tudo isso será teu”.

Jesus respondeu: “A Escritura diz: ‘Adorarás o Senhor teu Deus, e só a ele servirás’”.

Depois o diabo levou Jesus a Jerusalém, colocou-o sobre a parte mais alta do Templo e lhe disse: “Se és Filho de Deus, atira-te daqui abaixo! Porque a Escritura diz: ‘Deus ordenará aos seus anjos a teu respeito, que te guardem com cuidado!’ E mais ainda: ‘Eles te levarão nas mãos, para que não tropeces em alguma pedra’”.

Jesus, porém, respondeu: “A Escritura diz: ‘Não tentarás o Senhor teu Deus’”.

Terminada toda a tentação, o diabo afastou-se de Jesus, para retornar no tempo oportuno.

LECITO DIVINA – LEITURA ORANTE DA PALAVRA POR A. BIGCUORE: a um leigo que pouco conhece a Palavra de Deus pode parecer,  à primeira vista,   como é possível Deus ser tentando pelo demônio?

Sim! Ele foi, pois  tinha duas naturezas: a Humana e a Divina. E, por isso, deveria também ser tentado pelo demônio como parte de seu “script” de vida nessa terra.

Só com uma grande diferença: Ele venceu e vence sempre Satanás! 

Note como o demônio é esperto e conhece a Palavra de Deus de cor. “Se és o Filho de Deus, atira-te daqui abaixo! Porque a Escritura diz: “Deus ordenará aos seus anjos a teu respeito, que te guardem com cuidado!” E mais ainda: “Eles te levarão nas mãos, para que não tropeces em alguma pedra”. Jesus, porém, respondeu:  “A Escritura diz: “Não tentarás o Senhor teu Deus”. Terminada a tentação, o diabo afastou-se de Jesus, para retomar no tempo oportuno”.

A maior Inveja do diabo, em relação a Jesus, é que ele não se conforma em NÃO SER ADORADO, pelo povo de Deus e pelo próprio Jesus! Pasmem! Ele queria ser ADORADO como Deus!!! Porisso, foi expulso do Paraíso!

As tentações modernas são: dinheiro e tudo o que ele pode comprar; egolatria (note-se hoje em dia os “smartphones” e suas “selfies”; luxúria, PODER, VAIDADES. Uma das mais comuns é o CULTO AO PRÓPRIO EGO!!!

Como nós somos vaidosos!. Não conseguimos enxergar um milímetro além de nosso próprio umbigo!

O demônio é esperto. Ele faz TUDO PARA O SER HUMANO NÃO PENSAR!. Ele o desvia do caminho de Deus, oferecendo-lhe bens materiais: carros bonitos e potentes; mulheres lindas (para prática de sexo); casa bonita; roupas finas e da moda; programas de televisão (fanatismo pelo futebol, no caso do Brasil); fanatismo pelo Super Bowal americano, por exemplo. Basquete etc.

É claro que o esporte é uma coisa boa e faz bem à saúde, mas quando ele é colocado acima dos valores divinos, aí se torna algo nocivo à alma humana.

É por isso, que o mundo está tão violento. Há tantas misérias; injustiças sociais; fome; preconceito e segregação.(vida o caso dos refugiados do Oriente Médio).

Meus irmãos e minhas irmãs, estamos no primeiro domingo da Quaresma e, quaresma, é tempo de PERDÃO, RECONCILIAÇÃO E CONVERSÃO DO CORAÇÃO!  Converter é MUDAR DE VIDA! É substituir o nosso coração de pedra para o coração de carne, renovado, lavado pelo sangue do Cordeiro.

Façamos nossos propósitos de, nessa quaresma, para evoluirmos espiritualmente e como ser humano também, volver o nosso olhar para os valores transcendentais. Vamos fazer o jejum da língua; da internet; da televisão etc. E dedicar o nosso tempo para visitar um doente; para nos engajar em algum projeto de voluntariado de ajuda ao próximo; e muita ORAÇÃO. Só se combate o Mal, através de muita ORAÇÃO,  pelo estudo profundo das Sagradas Escrituras e principalmente pela Santa Eucaristia!.

Em Jeremias 17, 5, lemos: “Assim diz Javé: Maldito o homem que confia no homem e que busca apoio na carne, e cujo coração se afasta de Javé. Será como árvore solitária no deserto, que não chega a ver a chuva: habitará no deserto abrasador, na terra salgada e inabitável. BENDITO O HOMEM QUE CONFIA EM JAVÉ, e em Javé deposita a sua segurança. Ele será como a árvore plantada à beira d´agua e que solta raízes em direção ao rio. Não teme quando vem o calor, e suas folhas estão sempre verdes; no ano seca, não se perturba, e não pára de dar frutos. O coração é mais enganador que qualquer outra coisa, e dificilmente se cura: quem de nós pode entendê-lo?”.( grifos meus).(1)

A PAZ NASCE NO CORAÇÃO! QUANDO TEMOS O CONHECIMENTO PROFUNDO DE NOSSO INTERIOR, CONSEGUIMOS HARMONIZAR O NOSSO ESPÍRITO COM A NOSSA MENTE E NOSSO CORPO, RESULTANDO, ASSIM, NA HOMEOSTASE DE NOSSA PERSONALIDADE. 

É A PRÓPRIA FELICIDADE QUE SE CONSTRÓI E QUE MORA DENTRO DE NÓS MESMOS. ELA INDEPENDE DE COISAS EXTERNAS!. É UM LONGO EXERCÍCIO.

In the year of the death of Ozias king, I saw the Lord sitting on a throne of great stature; his mantle stretched the temple. He was standing beside her seraphim; each one had six wings. They cried to each other: "Holy, holy, holy is the Lord of hosts; the whole earth is full of his glory. "The cry of those voices, began to shake the doors on their hinges and the temple was filled with smoke. I then said: "Woe is me, I'm lost! I'm just a man of unclean lips, but I saw with my own eyes the King, the Lord of hosts. "In this, one of the seraphim flew to me, having in his hand a live coal, which withdrew from the altar with tongs, and touched my mouth, saying, "So, this hath touched thy lips, disappeared your fault, and your sin is forgiven."I heard the voice of the Lord saying, "Whom shall I send? Who will go for us "I said," Here I am! Send me. "

SECOND READING - (1 Cor 15,3-8.11)Reading First Letter of St. Paul to the Corinthians:

Brothers: What delivered to you in the first place was what I also had received, namely that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures; that it was buried; that on the third day rose again according to the Scriptures; and that he appeared to Cephas, then to the Twelve.Later, he appeared to more than five hundred brethren at once. Of these, the majority still lives and some have died. Then he appeared to James, then appeared to the apostles together. Finally, it appeared also to me as to one untimely born.That, in short, what I and they have preached and that's what you believed.

                        GOSPEL ACCORDING TO LUKE - (Lk 5: 1-11)

"At that time Jesus was in the Gennesaret lake shore, and the crowd had pressed around him to hear the word of God.Jesus saw two boats stops on the lakeshore. The fishermen had disembarked and were washing their nets.Climbing one of the boats, which was Simon's, and asked him to put out a little from the shore. Then he sat down, and the boat and taught the crowds.When he finished speaking, he said to Simon, "Put out the deep, and cast your nets for a catch."Simon answered, "Master, we toiled all night and nothing fished. But, in keeping with your word I will let down the nets. "

They did so and caught such a quantity of fish that their net was breaking. So they signaled to their partners in the other boat to come and help them. They came and filled both boats to the point of almost sink.Seeing this, Simon Peter threw himself at Jesus' feet, saying, "Lord, get away from me, for I am a sinner"

Is that was astonished Simon and all his companions because of fishing which they had to do.James and John, sons of Zebedee, who were partners with Simon, were also amazed. But Jesus said to Simon, "Do not be afraid! From now on you will be catching men. "They brought the boats to shore, they left everything and followed Jesus.-


                       LECTIO DIVINE -  A. BIGCUORE´S REFLECTION. 

We face the following scenario: a crowd wanted to hear Jesus, next to the lake Genasaré. Jesus, as always inspired by the Holy Spirit, used common sense and climbed into a boat that empty side of the border. . Peter was with Him and Jesus says to him, "Lance networks to deeper waters."Peter discredited through, says the Master, "Master worked hard all night and nothing fished, but attention to his word, I will do it. And so he did. They caught so many fish that the nets broke. Peter astonished says the Master, "Sir, get away from me, for I am a sinner."!

Jesus tells him: "Do not be afraid! From now on you will be catching men. " From that moment, Jesus initiates the formation of his church. Choose simple common people (fishermen) to along with him to carry out the GOSPEL OF HIS RELEASE.

The barge can symbolize Christ's Church. Jesus chose the right people for your mission. Bring his Gospel to every creature. At first the apostles did not understand anything. It was as if hypnotized half. A "plug" will just fall even much later, at Pentecost, when the Holy Spirit comes in the form of fire on them. From then on, they understood ALL that Jesus taught them;And we Christians today? We are fully aware of what Jesus wants from us? We live the fullness of our baptism?

Through baptism we belong to the family of God. We received the 7 gifts of the Holy Spirit: wisdom, Inteligênica, Counsel, Fortitude, Knowledge, Piety and Fear of God. We also received the 12 fruits of the same Spirit. These are the big guns of the Christian to face the tribulations that the world and his demons try to impose on us, especially by the media.

Every Christian should be aware: Disciple and Missionary. The pupil follows all that the Master taught him and thus become a missionary of the Word of God, understood in the Holy Scriptures, especially the New Testament canonical Gospels, Acts, Letters and the Book of Revelation.

Being a Christian twenty-four hours a day! This is the great challenge !!! It is difficult, but with the Grace of God, we can improve ourselves socially and spiritually !. Trust! TO GOD NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE!

PRIMEIRA LEITURA - (Is 6, 1-8)

Leitura do Livro do Profeta Isaías:

No ano da morte do rei Ozias, vi o Senhor sentado num trono de grande altura; o seu manto estendia-se pelo templo. Havia serafins de pé a seu lado; cada um tinha seis asas. Eles exclamavam uns para os outros: “Santo, santo, santo é o Senhor dos exércitos; toda a terra está repleta de sua glória”.

Ao clamor dessas vozes, começaram a tremer as portas em seus gonzos e o templo encheu-se de fumaça. Disse eu então: “Ai de mim, estou perdido! Sou apenas um homem de lábios impuros, mas eu vi com meus olhos o rei, o Senhor dos exércitos”.

Nisto, um dos serafins voou para mim, tendo na mão uma brasa, que retirara do altar com uma tenaz, e tocou a minha boca, dizendo: “Assim que isto tocou teus lábios, desapareceu tua culpa, e teu pecado está perdoado”.

Ouvi a voz do Senhor, que dizia: “Quem enviarei? Quem irá por nós?” Eu respondi: “Aqui estou! Envia-me”.

SALMO RESPONSARIAL -  (Sl 137)

Vou cantar-vos ante os anjos, ó Senhor,/ e ante o vosso templo vou prostrar-me.

— Eu agradeço vosso amor, vossa verdade,/ porque fizestes muito mais que prometestes;/ naquele dia em que gritei, vós me escutastes/ e aumentastes o vigor da minha alma.

SEGUNDA LEITURA - (1Cor 15,3-8.11)

Leitura da Primeira Carta de São Paulo aos Coríntios:

Irmãos: O que vos transmiti, em primeiro lugar, foi aquilo que eu mesmo tinha recebido, a saber: que Cristo morreu por nossos pecados, segundo as Escrituras; que foi sepultado; que, ao terceiro dia, ressuscitou, segundo as Escrituras; e que apareceu a Cefas e, depois, aos Doze.

Mais tarde, apareceu a mais de quinhentos irmãos, de uma vez. Destes, a maioria ainda vive e alguns já morreram. Depois, apareceu a Tiago e, depois, apareceu aos apóstolos todos juntos. Por último, apareceu também a mim, como a um abortivo.

É isso, em resumo, o que eu e eles temos pregado e é isso o que crestes.

EVANGELHO SEGUNDO LUCAS -  (Lc 5, 1-11)

Naquele tempo, Jesus estava na margem do lago de Genesaré, e a multidão apertava-se ao seu redor para ouvir a palavra de Deus.

Jesus viu duas barcas paradas na margem do lago. Os pescadores haviam desembarcado e lavavam as redes.

Subindo numa das barcas, que era de Simão, pediu que se afastasse um pouco da margem. Depois sentou-se e, da barca, ensinava as multidões.

Quando acabou de falar, disse a Simão: “Avança para águas mais profundas, e lançai vossas redes para a pesca”.

Simão respondeu: “Mestre, nós trabalhamos a noite inteira e nada pescamos. Mas, em atenção à tua palavra, vou lançar as redes”.

Assim fizeram, e apanharam tamanha quantidade de peixes que as redes se rompiam. Então fizeram sinal aos companheiros da outra barca, para que viessem ajudá-los. Eles vieram, e encheram as duas barcas, a ponto de quase afundarem.

Ao ver aquilo, Simão Pedro atirou-se aos pés de Jesus, dizendo: “Senhor, afasta-te de mim, porque sou um pecador!”

É que o espanto se apoderara de Simão e de todos os seus companheiros, por causa da pesca que acabavam de fazer.

Tiago e João, filhos de Zebedeu, que eram sócios de Simão, também ficaram espantados. Jesus, porém, disse a Simão: “Não tenhas medo! De hoje em diante tu serás pescador de homens”.

Então levaram as barcas para a margem, deixaram tudo e seguiram a Jesus."(Palavra da Salvação! Glória a Vós Senhor!).

LECTIO  DIVINA – REFLEXÃO DE A. BIGCUORE. 

Estamos diante do seguinte cenário: uma multidão queria ouvir Jesus, ao lado do lago de Genasaré. Jesus, como sempre inspirado pelo Espírito Santo, usou o bom senso e subiu numa barca que esta vazia ao lado da margem. Pedro estava junto com Ele. E Jesus lhe diz: “Lance as redes para as águas mais profundas”.

Pedro meio desacreditado, diz ao Mestre: “Mestre trabalhamos a noite inteira e nada pescamos, mas em atenção à sua Palavra, vou fazê-lo. E assim o fez. Apanharam tantos peixes que as redes se romperam. Pedro atônito diz ao Mestre: “Senhor, afasta-te de mim, porque sou um pecador”.!

Jesus lhe diz: “Não tenhas medo! De hoje em diante tu serás pescador de homens”. A partir desse momento, Jesus inicia a formação de sua Igreja. Escolhe pessoas simples do povo( pescadores) para junto com Ele levar a cabo a DIVULGAÇÃO DE SEU EVANGELHO.

A barca pode simbolizar a Igreja de Cristo. Jesus escolhe as pessoas certas para a sua missão. Levar o seu Evangelho a toda criatura. No começo, os apóstolos não entendiam nada. Estavam como que meio hipnotizados. A “ficha” só vai cair mesmo, bem mais tarde, em Pentecostes, quando o Espírito Santo vem em forma de fogo sobre eles. Dali em diante, eles entenderam TUDO o que Jesus lhes ensinou.

E nós cristãos de hoje? Temos plena consciência do que Jesus quer de nós? Vivemos a plenitude de nosso Batismo?

Pelo batismo passamos a pertencer à família de Deus. Recebemos os 7 dons do Espírito Santo: Sabedoria, Inteligência, Conselho, Fortaleza, Ciência, Piedade e Temor de Deus. Também recebemos os 12 frutos do mesmo Espírito. Essas são as grandes armas do Cristão para enfrentar as tribulações que o mundo e seus demônios, tentam nos impor, sobretudo, pela mídia.

Todo cristão consciente deve ser: DISCÍPULO E MISSIONÁRIO. O discípulo segue tudo o que o Mestre lhe ensinou e, assim, se torna missionário da Palavra de Deus, compreendida nas Sagradas Escrituras, mormente o Novo Testamento: Evangelhos canônicos, Atos dos Apóstolos, Cartas e o livro do Apocalipse.

Ser cristão vinte e quatro horas por dia! Eis o grande desafio!!! É difícil, mas com a GRAÇA de Deus, conseguimos nos aperfeiçoar social e espiritualmente!. Confie! PARA DEUS NADA É IMPOSSÍVEL!

Lattuga Con Camomilla Contro L`Insonnia

Ho sempre saputo che la proprietà sedativo tanto lattuga come camomilla. Un giorno ho avuto un'ispirazione per mescolare la lattuga con fiori di camomilla.

RICETTA:

1 tazza e mezzo di acqua filtrata (coppa americano tipo)4 fogli di lattuga pianura (peccato foglie verdi bordi in piedi)1 cucchiaio di minestra superficiale fiori di camomillaAggiungere tutti gli ingredienti in un vazilha e cuocere a fuoco lento. Quando il colore dell'acqua è molto giallo, spegnete il fuoco e lasciate cinque minuti ovattato di godere. Dopo filtrare in carta da filtro.

PRENDERE FORMA:

1 ora prima di andare a dormire prendere naturale o se si preferisce mettere un 4 gocce di dolcificante.

EFFICACIA:

L'efficacia è garantita. Funziona davvero! . Lattuga Smooth contiene più clorofilla e elementi rilassanti. Quindi non fare con un altro tipo di lattuga che l'efficacia non è garantita. (Crisphead tipo lattuga o americano, per esempio).La mia esperienza è stata eccellente. Camomilla è anche stato scientificamente provato e le sue proprietà digestive e calmanti. Ed oltre ad essere lattuga lenitiva, è altamente diuretica (rimuove corpo fluido e bassa pressione). E anche un bene per la perdita di peso. Rendere l'esperienza e vedere.Suggerimenti:Chi vive a San Paolo, capitale, come vi suggerisco di acquistare camomilla alla rinfusa, in Rua Santa Rosa, alle spalle del mercato PMSP. Centrale nel quartiere di Brás. (Zona Cerealista di Brás. E molto più economico!.

RELAX NEUROMUSCOLARE:

Consigli per dormire bene. Prendete un mezzo bagno caldo un'ora prima di coricarsi. Fare auto neuromuscolare relax al fondo di una musica orchestrata e morbido. Fai le tue preghiere (se sei una persona di fede) e chiedere a Dio Padre Creatore, per darvi un sonno riposante per tutte le sue energie fisiche, mentali ed emotive. Leggere un salmo della Bibbia (vi consiglio di pensare è il numero 4, 23 (22) e 91 (90). E 'stato troppo buono per l'anima e il cuore. Aiuta a ridurre la frequenza del cervello, l'immissione di "onde alfa della mente" che facilita l'avvio di un buon sonno.Stanza abbinato con un morbido materasso e un cuscino ben ventilato. E avere un buon sonno e di essere felice!.
