"WHOEVER BELIEVES IN ME, WILL DO GREATER THINGS THAT I DO"

Good morning brothers and sisters in Christ ! Health , peace and joy in their hearts !

I propose the following Gospel reflection for this day . The text is in the Gospel of John, chapter 14 , verses 12-14 which says : "I tell you, whoever BELIEVES IN ME , THE WORKS WILL DO WHAT I DO , AND WILL DO GREATER THAN THESE BECAUSE I GO FOR FATHER . What you ask in my name , that will I do , that the Father may be glorified in the Son . If you ask anything in my name , that will I do . "A curiosity , Jesus mentions the word Father 23 times in chapter 14 of the Gospel of John ! (I counted one by a . If you want to check just tell )

Through the sacrament of Baptism , the human being becomes the creature of God to a child of God . He becomes part of the great family of God . He created us out of love , so that the Father sent his Son so that whoever believes in Him should not perish , but have everlasting life.

Jesus calls his disciples to have faith and believe that they ( disciples ) has as much force as Jesus himself . It is He who says, " whoever believes in Me will GREATER WORKS THAT I DO ! ( Italics mine ) .Brothers and sisters , this is deep sentence of Master Jesus ! And we Christians , do not exercise or 30 % percent of inner strength that the teacher suggests the disciples . We humans , when imbued with that force , we do extraordinary things , because who tells us , instructs us and leads us , IS THE POWER OF THE HOLY SPIRIT , Jesus promised and fulfilled at Pentecost and who also receive at our Baptism , together with the 7 gifts of Him ( Holy Spirit ).

No matter the degree of difficulty that we find today in our lives and in society . What is important is to recognize that we have an Almighty GOD can HABITAR our hearts since these hearts are open , receptive to the promptings of the Holy Spirit of God . And that He is far greater than all the world's problems !Urge grow in Faith It is a process that comes with our baptism and continues into eternity . And how the process should be fed daily.

We have some " tools " for this. The main one is PRAYER ! . We should pray to the Father in the name of Jesus , for he will give us the grace to evolve IN FAITH , ripen from her in order to fulfill our role as evangelizers in this world . Grow particularly well participating in the sacramental life , that is , experiencing the sacraments especially the Eucharist and Reconciliation . Without the power of the Eucharist , we become weak , discouraged , without strength to face everyday troubles.

Also we use the Internet technology etc. information . to spread the Good News of the Holy Scriptures .Let's think about it ? Farewell and a happy and holy weekend to all of you , my readers and readers with blessings of health , peace , prosperity, harmony and joy in their hearts !

"Quem Crê Em Mim, Fará Obras Maiores Que as Minhas"

Bom dia Irmãos e Irmãs em Cristo! Saúde, paz e alegria em seus corações!

Proponho a seguinte reflexão evangélica para o dia de hoje. O texto se encontra no Evangelho de São João, capítulo 14, versículos 12 a 14 que diz: “Eu garanto a vocês: quem ACREDITA EM MIM, FARÁ AS OBRAS QUE EU FAÇO, E FARÁ MAIORES DO QUE ESTAS, PORQUE EU VOU PARA O PAI. O que vocês pedirem em meu nome, EU O FAREI, para que o Pai seja glorificado no Filho. Se vocês pedirem qualquer coisa em meu nome, EU O FAREI.”

Uma curiosidade, Jesus menciona a palavra Pai 23 vezes no capítulo 14 do Evangelho de João!!! (eu contei um por num. Se você quiser conferir é só contar)

Pelo sacramento do Batismo, o ser humano passa de criatura de Deus para filho de Deus. Ele passa a fazer parte da grande família de Deus. Ele nos criou por amor, tanto que o Pai enviou seu próprio Filho para que todo aquele que Nele crê não pereça, mas tenha a vida eterna.

Jesus exorta os discípulos a terem FÉ e acreditar que êles (discípulos) tem tanta força quanto o próprio Jesus. É Ele quem o diz: “quem acredita em Mim, fará OBRAS MAIORES QUE EU FAÇO!!! ( grifos meus ).

Irmãos e irmãs, é profundo esta frase do Mestre Jesus!!! E, nós cristãos, não exercemos nem 30% por cento da força interior que o mestre sugere aos discípulos. Nós, humanos, quando imbuídos dessa força, fazemos coisas extraordinárias, pois quem nos revela, nos instrui e nos conduz, É A FORÇA DO ESPIRITO SANTO, que Jesus prometeu e cumpriu em Pentecostes e que também o recebemos em nosso Batismo, juntamente com os 7 dons Dele(Espírito Santo).

Não importa o grau de dificuldades que encontramos hoje em nossas vidas e na sociedade. O que importa, é reconhecermos que temos um DEUS TodoPoderoso que pode HABITAR os nossos corações desde que, esses corações, estejam abertos, receptivos aos influxos do Divino Espírito Santo de Deus. E que Ele é muito MAIOR que todos os problemas do mundo!

Urge crescermos na Fé.

Ela é um processo que nasce com o nosso batismo e continua rumo à eternidade. E como processo deve ser alimentada diariamente.

Temos algumas “ferramentas” para isto. A principal delas é a ORAÇÃO!. Devemos orar ao Pai, em nome de Jesus, para que ele nos dê a graça de EVOLUIRMOS NA FÉ, de amadurecermos nela a fim de poder cumprir o nosso papel de evangelizadores nesse mundo. Crescemos também sobretudo participando da vida sacramental, qual seja, vivenciando os sacramentos mormente o da RECONCILIAÇÃO e EUCARISTIA. Sem a força da eucaristia, ficamos fracos, desanimados, sem força para encarar as tribulações quotidianas.

Usemos também a tecnologia da informação Internet etc. para propagar a Boa Nova das Sagradas Escrituras.

Vamos refletir sobre isso? Passem bem e um feliz e santo final de semana a todos vocês, meus leitores e leitoras, com bênçãos de saúde, paz, prosperidade, harmonia e muita ALEGRIA em seus corações!

REINVENTING OWN LIFE

You reader ( a) may be thinking , we can reinvent life ?We as children , we internalize social symbols , norms, rules ,Finally , a range of ideas , especially adults , will instilling in the subconscious mind.This process social scientists call socialization. The child does not yet have the maturity and insight to rationally evaluate right and wrong .

Until now a certain point in life , ( eg adolescence ) he already has more maturity to evaluate a little more the events of his own life .The child is born into a particular culture , be it Christian , Jewish , Islamic , spiritualist etc.etc .She suffers a tremendous social coercion , particularly by means of social communications , which imposes standards of behavior . It too much pressure undergoes the group to be such and act as such.

Thus , it is concluded that the outside world exerts tremendous influence ( generally negative , typical examples , the propagated drinks , cigarettes etc. . ) In shaping the personality of the human being .As adults age, there comes a stage where you " throw it all out " , and from his own thinking and values , discerns his own path to follow . That way you want to map yourself ! . Nothing external impositions!

I give here my own personal testimony . I was raised by uncles , my father died, I was even born . I was born there fifteen days.And all life was living a lifestyle that my parents and uncles imposed me , or lived what " others determined what I live."

In 2000 , after my mother died , I had enough of everything! . In all that was choking me ! .And I decided, from that day forward , I would be my own " I " . I follow my own path . The path that my reason determined .As I've read a lot from teenagers , therefore , had a good crop and came to the conclusion that " reinvent my own life " , into new patterns of behavior !I reached my thesis I call BALANCE OF PERSONALITY homeostatic , ie , I am fully convinced that, as the human being is an INTEGRAL being , spirit, mind and body, and none of these parties can thrive alone , concludes that the AUTO KNOWLEDGE , is the key to being happy! .Are you looking for yourself in a large indoor diving, digging their own walls of " self."

Therefore concludes that the harmonization of spiritual, physical and emotional factors , results in the balance of personality , ie , happiness own ! . From this thesis , I was reinventing my own life ! . And found my own way to be happy ! . And I did ! Thank God !Every day I practice my thesis and I can assure you that it really works ! .I can assure you reborn from the year 2000 . Much has changed for the better in my life . Today I have a certain autonomy . I'm more confident in everything I do. 'm Safer , thanks to strength I receive from Heaven High I feel I am on the right path to happiness . Clearly . Complete happiness that only the " other side of life "Our earthly happiness is extremely limited . But it's a nice start!.

REINVENTING OWN POWER . Started by reinventing my feed . Today I can say that as well . As quality. Balanced ration : 1/ 3 of carbohydrate , 1/3 of animal protein and 1/3 of minerals.Reading , and by necessity , arrived to a mixture ( mix) that I take daily in milk or juices , which I call happiness juice. Consisting of: whole oats , soy extract powder, wheat germ , wheat bran , Bolivian quinoa real powder, flaxseed powder, sesame seed, cocoa powder, cinnamon , Brazil nuts and half nuts.Today I can say with certainty that I know (more than my doctor ) the workings of my own body ! . This is vital to be healthy ! . Today I know what I should or should not eat ! .All this to prove to myself that my thesis is correct ! . And I was not disappointed . Is giving all right !On the other hand , this requires a lot of determination ! . Without also understand where you're going , do not get there .

IT IS IMPERATIVE YOU HAVE YOUR OWN PROGRAM OF LIFE ! .( Descubra-o! . Intelligent and you must know himself ( a) ! . )Practical dihydro- gym twice a week. It is very healthy . Why ? Because the exercise, the human brain releases the so called " endorphins " , or the relaxation hormone, giving physical and emotional well being.Also releases neurotransmitters called , like, serotonin is the hormone of well being, good mood , happiness anyway. When it is insufficient in the brain , the person enters into depression . What is depression ?Is nothing more than a problem of brain chemistry .Stress is a major trigger of physical, psychological and emotional problems because it breaks the body's homeostasis , ie , the harmony or balance of neurotransmitters .

SPIRITUAL PART - This is the physical part . The spiritual part is the most important of all , in my opinion .Without a God to believe , ( Fe ) is difficult our journey through this land . Your body is the Temple of the Holy Spirit , Jesus said ! . Therefore we must take very good care of him .Spiritual I say , is not necessarily to have a religion . You have unwavering faith in God and follow what He left us by the prophets , through the Holy Scriptures.

The main characteristic of human being is that he was endowed with the so-called free will or free choice . We are the fruit of our choices !When chosen well , the consequences are good . When we choose evil, the consequences are bad . It is the law of life .I believe every human being has a special mission here on earth . He is born to fulfill a specific function.God has endowed us with talents and we multiply these talents for the benefit of others in the community.

Therefore my dear ( a) reader ( a) , it is possible yes, reinvent their lives ! . Are you the manager himself ! . And as such , must WELL manage their talent .Make them work not only for its own benefit , but also of their fellow , after all, being happy is SHARE !Start and you will see that a new oxygen will reign in your physical body and emotional well !Success !

PRAYER FOR THE CHURCH AND FOR PRIESTS

Apresento a meus leitores e leitoras do Recanto das Letras e Blog Bem Viver, essa linda oração composta pela Irmã Faustina, polonesa, autora da Novena da Misericórdia. O terço da misericórdia que Jesus a inspirou quando de sua aparição a ela, deve ser rezado ou orado, de preferência, as 15,00 horas. É a hora da Misericórdia; é a hora em que Jesus dá o seu último suspiro como homem, na cruz.

REZAR ASSIM: INTRODUÇÃO A CADA MISTÉRIO. ETERNO PAI, EU VOS OFEREÇO, O CORPO E O SANGUE DE VOSSO DILETISSIMO FILHO, NOSSO SENHOR JESUS CRISTO, EM EXPIAÇAO DE NOSSOS PECADOS E OS PECADOS DO MUNDO INTEIRO.

REINVENTANDO A PRÓPRIA VIDA

“A vida só e possível, reinventada” (Cecília Meireles)

Você leitor(a) pode estar pensando, podemos reinventar a vida?

Nós quando crianças, vamos internalizando símbolos sociais, normas, regras,

enfim, uma gama de idéias que, sobretudo os adultos, vão nos incutindo na mente subconsciente.

Este processo os cientistas sociais, chamam de socialização. A criança ainda não tem a maturidade e discernimento para, racionalmente avaliar, o certo e o errado.

Até que, já a uma certa altura da vida, (na adolescência por exemplo) ela já tem mais maturidade para avaliar um pouco mais os acontecimentos de sua própria vida.

A criança nasce dentro de uma determinada cultura, seja ela cristã, judaica, islâmica, espírita etc.etc.

Ela sofre uma tremenda coerção social, mormente pelos meios de comunicações sociais, que impõe padrões de comportamento. Ela sofre também muita pressão do grupo para ser de tal forma e agir como tal.

Dessa forma, conclui-se que o mundo exterior exerce tremenda influência (geralmente negativas, exemplos típicos, as propagadas de bebidas, cigarros etc.) na formação da personalidade do ser humano.

Já na idade adulta, chega uma fase em que, você “joga tudo isto fora”, e a partir de seu próprio pensamento e valores, discerne o seu próprio caminho a ser seguido. Aquele caminho que quer traçar para você mesmo!!!. Nada de imposições exteriores!

Dou aqui o meu próprio testemunho pessoal. Como fui criado por tios, meu pai morreu, eu nem nascido era. Nasci dali quinze dias.

E toda a vida foi vivendo um estilo de vida que meus pais e tios me impuseram, ou seja, vivia aquilo que “os outros determinavam o que eu vivesse”.

No ano 2.000, depois que minha mãe morreu, dei um basta em tudo!. Em tudo aquilo que estava me sufocando!.

E decidi: daquele dia em diante, eu seria o meu próprio “eu”. Eu seguiria o meu próprio caminho. O caminho que minha razão determinou.

Como eu já lia muito, desde adolescente, por isto, tinha uma boa cultura e cheguei à conclusão de que “reinventaria a minha própria vida”, dentro de novos padrões de comportamento!

Cheguei à minha tese que chamo de EQUILÍBRIO HOMEOSTÁTICO DA PERSONALIDADE, ou seja, tenho plena convicção de que, como o ser humano é um ser INTEGRAL, espírito, mente e corpo, e nenhuma dessas partes, podem prosperar sozinhas, conclui que o AUTO CONHECIMENTO, é a chave para ser feliz!.

Você em busca de você mesmo num grande mergulho interior, escavando as próprias muralhas do “eu interior”.

Conclui, assim, que a harmonização dos fatores espiritual, físico e emocional, redunda no equilíbrio da personalidade, ou seja, na própria felicidade!. A partir desta tese, fui reinventando a minha própria vida!. E encontrei o meu próprio caminho para ser feliz!. E consegui!!! Graças a Deus!

Diariamente, eu pratico a minha tese e posso lhes assegurar que funciona mesmo!!!.

Posso lhes assegurar que renasci a partir do ano 2.000. Muita coisa mudou para melhor em minha vida!. Hoje tenho uma certa autonomia. Sou mais confiante em tudo que realizo. Sou mais seguro, graças a força que recebo do Alto Céu. Sinto que estou no caminho certo da felicidade. É evidente que a felicidade plena, somente no “outro lado da vida”.

A nossa felicidade terrena é extremamente limitada. Mas já é um belo começo!.

REINVENTANDO A PRÓPRIA ALIMENTAÇÃO. Comecei pela reinvenção de minha alimentação. Hoje posso dizer que como muito bem. Como qualidade. Alimentação balanceada: 1/3 de carbohidrato, 1/3 de proteína animal e 1/3 de minerais.

Lendo, e por necessidade, cheguei a uma mistura que tomo diariamente no leite ou em sucos, que chamo de suco da felicidade. Composto de: aveia integral, extrato de soja em pó, germe de trigo, farelo de trigo, quinoa real boliviana em pó, linhaça em pó, semente de gergelim, cacau em pó, canela, castanha do Pará e meia nozes.

Hoje posso dizer, com segurança, que conheço (mais do que meu médico) o funcionamento do meu próprio corpo!. Isto é vital para se ter saúde!. Hoje sei o que devo ou não devo comer!.

Tudo isto para provar a mim mesmo que a minha tese é correta!. E não me decepcionei. Está dando tudo certo!

Por outro lado, tudo isto exige muita determinação!!!. Sem ter a perfeita consciência de onde quer chegar, não se chegará lá.

É IMPERATIVO VOCÊ TER O SEU PRÓPRIO PROGRAMA DE VIDA!.

(Descubra-o!. Você é inteligente e deve conhecer-se a si mesmo(a)!.)

Pratico hidro-ginástica duas vezes por semana. É muito salutar. Por que? Porque no exercício físico, o cérebro humano libera as chamadas “endorfinas”, ou hormônio do relaxamento, dando bem estar físico e emocional.

Libera também os chamados neurotransmissores, tipo, serotonina que é o hormônio do bem estar, do bom humor, da felicidade enfim. Quando ela é insuficiente no cérebro, a pessoa entra em depressão. O que é a depressão?

Nada mais é do que um problema de química cerebral.

O estresse é o grande desencadeador de problemas físico,psico e emocionais, pois ele quebra a homeostase do organismo, ou seja, a harmonia dos neurotransmissores.

PARTE ESPIRITUAL - Esta é a parte física. A parte espiritual é a mais importante de todas, no meu entender.

Sem ter um Deus para crer,(Fé) fica difícil a nossa caminhada por esta terra. Seu corpo é Templo do Espírito Santo, disse Jesus!. Portanto devemos cuidar muito bem dele.

Espiritual que eu digo, não é necessariamente ter uma religião. É ter fé inabalável em Deus e seguir aquilo que Ele nos deixou pelos profetas, através das Sagradas Escrituras.

A principal característica do ser humano é que ele foi dotado do chamado livre-arbítrio ou livre escolha. Nós somos frutos de nossas escolhas!!!

Quando escolhemos bem, as conseqüências são boas. Quando escolhemos mal, as conseqüências são más. É a lei da vida.

Eu creio que cada ser humano tem uma missão especial aqui na terra. Ele nasce para cumprir uma função especifica.

Deus nos dotou de talentos e devemos multiplicar estes talentos em benefício das outras pessoas da comunidade.

Por isto meu caro(a) leitor(a), é possível sim, reinventar a própria vida!. Você é o gerente de si mesmo!. E como tal, deve administrar BEM os seus talentos.

Faça-os trabalhar não só em seu beneficio, mas também de seus semelhantes, afinal, ser feliz é PARTILHAR!

Comece e você verá que um novo oxigênio irá reinar em seu organismo físico e também emocional!
