Saffron, Lemon and Honey. "XÔ" Depression

For those who don't know, Saffron is a powerful natural anti-inflammatory, with many benefits to our health.

Along with cinnamon, cloves constitute the so-called spices of the East, which the world already knew about long before Jesus was born.

I usually take my own recipe which consists of the following:

REVENUE:

1. 200 ml cup. of mineral water

2. 1 medium lemon (I like pink lemon or cloves) but any lemon will do.

3. 1 tablespoon of turmeric powder.

4. 1 small spoon of honey

Mix everything and drink it before lunch. Repeat dose at 16 hours.

Benefits: Turmeric's yellowish color means it contains Beta-carotene which is the raw material of Vitamin A, which is good for eyes and skin. Vitamin A is an antioxidant, that is, it fights the so-called “Free Radicals”, (a kind of organic waste) that destroy cells.

Saffron is an excellent NATURAL ANTI.DEPRESSIVE!!!

Whole grains are also very good for preventing depression. By the way, what is depression?

From a physical point of view, it is an inadequacy of neurotransmitters. Neurotransmitters are hormones in charge of carrying messages to neurons. They are messengers, like, Serotonin, Dopamine, Gaba and Acetylcholine.

When the level of serotonin in the brain drops, the person physically feels unwilling to perform a minimum task. Feel despondency, discouragement, restlessness, insomnia, sadness, etc.

Natural foods that contain the amino acid TRYPTOPHAN, which is the raw material of serotonin (the well-being hormone): whole grains (contains vitamins of the B complex), dairy products, meat, especially white meat (chicken breast, fish, etc.) .

Oilseeds: Lentil (it's great. I eat it every week), Chickpeas, wheat germ, peanuts, etc.

Turmeric Nutrients: Vitamins: A, C, D, E. Minerals: Potassium, Iron, Manganese, Calcium, Magnesium, Copper, Zinc, Selenium, Phosphorus etc.

I tell them that, effectively, saffron gives a wonderful well-being, gives that energy to face the day to day.

Obs. It should NOT be taken at night, only during the day!
