testimony.
History:
saffron is native to Asia (India), is a yellowish-colored plant which
demonstrates its great concentration of caratenoids, which is the raw material
of Vitamin A, that is, by metabolism, it becomes vitamin A , which is extremely
ANTIOXIDANT, that is, combats the so-called "free radicals", which
are TOXIC MOLECULES, which weakens the immune system, causing premature aging
of cells.
It has
thermogenic effect, that is, it helps to lose weight.
Depression:
it helps to improve the symptoms of depression because it increases the levels
of seretonin, one of the major neurotransmitters, which regulate appetite and
sleep. With increased seretonin, the feeling of satiety increases and the
person ends up eating less.
My recipe I
have NOT read anywhere. It was born in my mind. I have tested it and, I can
safely say, it has worked well. The general layout increases!
RECIPE:
2 oranges
squeezed into a glass;
1 teaspoon
ground ginger powder;
1 teaspoon saffron
powder.
Mix
everything and if you want sweetened with a little honey.
Note:
ginger is anti-inflammatory, thermogenic (helps to lose weight) because it
speeds up the metabolism. It also works as an antibiotic.
Saffron
(yellow color) usually used as a seasoning. It is one of the most potent
anti-inflammatory drugs in the world, according to Dr. Lair Ribeiro.
Contains
Vitamins A, C and B.12, in addition to minerals (magnesium, etc.).
Recommended
Use:
I'm on a
fast. I wait for 20 to 30 minutes, then I have breakfast in the morning.
It is
wonderful!!! It gives a "UP" and a lot of disposition!
