Doing good is good for your physical, mental and spiritual health. Regardless of religion, doing good makes the body release by the pineal gland, so-called positive hormones, or are, the hormones that raise the homeostasis of our body.

Living in bio-psycho-emotional balance is live happily !. Many people do not realize in life because only look at their navels and their own problems. They are so egocentric they only think about themselves!

I give my testimony here as a volunteer next to a large hospital in the North Zone in São Paulo, where weekly along with another person, make visits to patients as part of the Health Ministry, the N.Sa. Sanctuary the Salette. How rewarding visit sick and they convey a word of comfort, of faith and HOPE !. 

There is no money to pay the JOY that the heart and soul feel after performing the visitas.Tenho for personal habit, after the completion of the work, pass the church and, next to the Tabernacle, pray for all people which visited. ( I write down in a small notebook only the person's name). I ask the Holy Spirit to visit and, in addition to comfort their hearts, enlighten doctors to do the correct diagnosis and cure their patients.

Unhappy people can not PARTIILHAR life with one's fellows. The Master Jesus left us his example of what is true love. Says in John 15: "I AM the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me and I in him, will produce much fruit, because without ME you can do nothing. "Why the world today is sick ?. Because humans believe in the "selfie" (and technology and social networking) than in God himself. That's egomania !.

We are geared for love. But true love and not what the media sells to people. Love implies WAIVE many things, also for the benefit of others. When we love truly think and do the best for our family and people from our network of relationships (simple things:. A phone call, a hug, a kiss, a friendly word at the moment, mainly from disease, helps his friend get a new job etc. Simple things but they make a difference!)

Virtual friend is not true friend. It is virtual, for the most part, a big lie !. People hide behind a small screen and lay out what they are not truly! (there are exceptions, of course).Love and forgive !. Now that the holiday season approaches, it is a great opportunity to FORGIVE and reconcile with people who, by chance, we are off.

NO FORGIVENESS, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO EXPERIENCE TRUE LOVE THAT COMES FROM GOD! NO FORGIVENESS IS IMPOSSIBLE TO BE REAL HAPPY!
