As we know, most of the world's population consists of young people, therefore it is assumed that the future will be the employees of the Company, as our ancestors were in other times. We are effectively a "power" that seeks underpinned by a "power" that is in transition.Note also in this world so ballyhooed "generation gap" that is nothing more than a disagreement of ideas, the lack of dialogue in general, the lack of capacity to understand the older youth.Porconseguinte if there was harmony, if they knew reconcile the enthusiasm of young people with their experiences, based on love, peace, joy and charity, would scoop up huge fruit for the proper functioning of society itself.
On the other hand young people often recommend things that they themselves do not meet, are carried away by pseudo idols often outside as illusory solutions to their problems and anxieties. They claim, pointedly, for freedom, but forget that freedom is a means and not an end.Live confined to their concepts, uncompromisingly defend them, but they forget that not always correspond to reality.We live in a world where technological advancement has created the most revolutionary manufacturing methods and practical life of relationship, in which the figure of the man, especially the young, is predominant. However, all innovations led man to individualism aggravating that so ominously isolates each individual in his little "world" inside.
Nobody cares more about the figure of his fellow man as Jesus advocated in the sermon of the Last Supper: "Love one another as I have loved you."What the world is lacking is a sense of community, an argument attachment to the supernatural, to solve the most crucial problems that involve a large part of our society, namely hunger. And for that it is necessary that there be a complete joint efforts, both young and adults alike creed, race or color, so we can give them a very rational solution.On the day that humanity permeate it, maybe then we will have an ideal society, but if this situation persists and rivalries between peoples and nations, then we will end all the good things we build.
How to achieve the ideal society? To get the path of the ideal society, it is imperative, as the first, that there is much good sense in the observance of human values, whose knowledge is processed through a dialogue in a frank and friendly atmosphere.It is necessary, moreover, that adults are able to see the young people something more than "playboísmo", they can participate in the round table of humanity.
On the other hand, it is necessary that young people do not see in adults, only accumulated errors and hypocrisies; know that examine in its fair value, all the achievements of the past and present. After all, if young people are musicians, poets, playwrights, filmmakers, journalists, sculptors, engineers, doctors etc.., It is worth highlighting that someone taught you all this, someone put them in the hands of this whole orchestra instruments. And now I ask: who? Adults.
So if there are values on one side and on the other, is only agglutinate them and we have the ideal society. And then '.
