This book was written by North American Journalist Lynn Vincent, currently works as a professor at King's College in New York, and lives in San Diego, California.Todd Burpo is pastor of the church Crossoroads Wesleyan, Nebraska, United States. He is married to Sonja, Colton's father - now aged 11 - and two more children.Well, the theme of the book revolves around the out of body experience of his Son COLTON, that after emergency surgery for extraction of the appendix (appendectomy).

The main visions of him outside the body to be operated were:The Angels sing the songs to him: "Jesus loves me" and "Joshua Fought the Battle of Jericho";"Jesus had the angels sing to me because I was too scared. They made me feel better. " (Pg. 16)The Dr.Holleran was the surgeon who opereu. The boy left the body and saw the whole operation, including his father praying in a room next door and his mother talking on the phone in another room.

"I climbed out of my body and was looking down and could see the doctor operating my body. And I saw you and Mommy. You were alone in a small room, praying, and Mommy was in a different room, and she was praying and talking on the phone. " (Pg. 17)One of the most extraordinary was when the Father speaks COLTON who saw his Irma La in heaven. It's that Irma was ABORTED well before he was born and he saw in the sky!! It was a secret kept under lock and key by the family. Was a miscarriage and not inflict so."Everyone looks like angels in heaven dad. How so? - Everyone has a light on top of the head. " (Pg.98)

In short, the boy was in heaven, where he meets Jesus sitting on the throne of God, the Father's right hand, the Angel Gabriel, he sees also the Mother of Jesus, the Blessed Virgin Mary on his knees in front of the Throne of God.At the end of the book when Pastor Buppo made a homily to his community by reporting any case happened to his son Colton and what struck me most when he was a pastor Evangelic (evangelicals do not worship Mary, as we Catholics), he says textually to 185 sheets, the book:

"MANY OF OUR FRIENDS CATHOLICS COLTON ASKED IF SAW MARY, MOTHER OF JESUS. THE ANSWER TO THAT IS ALSO YES. HE SAW MARIA KNEELING BEFORE THE THRONE OF GOD AND OTHER TIMES SITTING NEXT TO JESUS. "SHE STILL LOVES YOU AS A MOTHER SAID COLTON".

When the boy saw Jesus, he sees all the stigmata of the crucifixion!He sees the grandfather who did not know him in life, including a photo when the grandfather was still very young. Anyway, he sees his little sister aborted and see all the family of deceased Bupos. It is an amazing and exciting story!!

I RECOMMEND THIS BOOK! It is worth reflecting on it! It made my faith grow a little more!. I remembered a book, whose title is "LIFE AFTER LIFE", the Dr.Mood Jr., I read in the 60s, but I am mistaken. It chronicles the experiences of people considered clinically dead and going to the "other side of life" and return. All of them, like Colton, hover over the medical staff and attend to their operations.

Jesus said in his Gospel: "I ASSURE THEM THAT UNLESS YOU SE CONVERT AND BECOME LIKE CHILDREN, NEVER WILL ENTER THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN."
