I learned from the French philosopher and pharmacist Emile Cuiè, in his book, Auto Sugestão Consciente, the fantastic power that has positive words. An old paperback book, (Ediouro publisher) I think from the 1960s, when he created the famous phrase:

"EVERY DAY UNDER ALL POINTS OF VIEW, I WILL GO BETTER AND BETTER", a simple method of soaking the conscious mind and taking charge of bringing it to the subconscious.

Before going to bed, utter this phrase very quietly, and you will see substantial improvements in your emotional and physical life. With the body well relaxed, the subconscious mind becomes easily receptive to the suggestions sent to it.

We are what we think, says the great philosopher William James.

The power of the word is INCOMMENSIBLE !!!. Both negative and positive.

By the way, get any newspaper, and see that the vast majority of news are NEGATIVE !!! That's why I filter everything !. I only read really HELPFUL things !!! and constructive !.

In the case of the "pandemic plague", the MORE the media utters this damned word, the MORE it is rooted in the subconscious minds of the people and the more it becomes stronger, as a result. Only CV.19 should be said, nothing more.

Every radio that you tune in, printed or television media, ONLY talks about that damn evil pest !. Even in sports programs, that's what we talk about most (my God !!!)

The more you FORGET the damn name, (corona ...) the sooner you will feel better and with more strength. Of course, we must follow all WHO STANDARD STANDARDS. AND THE SECRETARIAT OF HEALTH-SUS. FROM BRAZIL, but it is becoming a true PARANÓIA, this plague !.

We will take all the care yes, (staying at home) BUT RISK THIS WORD FROM YOUR VOCABULARY !. When you want to refer to it, say CV.19, "the thing" or any euphoric word you want.

EQUAL ATTRACTION. NEGATIVE THINGS ATTRACT NEGATIVE THINGS, AND VICE VERSA.

WE TRUST GOD AND A POSITIVE MIND. Take all care, using a mask, alcohol gel, wash your hands well with soap, when you have to leave the house, especially when you go to the supermarket, pharmacy, street markets.

At home, do gymnastics, stretches, read good books, practice a foreign language (the one you like), read and meditate on the Bible, etc. Watch a good movie, light shows on TV. Etc. All of this helps time to pass, but in a constructive way.

As I am a Catholic Christian, I tune in to the TVs every day. Aparecida, Rede Vida and Canção Nova, which give us only good things that lift our spirit to God!

HUMANITY WILL NEVER BE THE SAME, AFTER COMPLETELY WINNING CV.19.

I think people will take more care with the environment, with personal and community hygiene and realize that WE ARE ALL INTER.DEPENDENTS! We need each other !.

Hopefully, this will be realized for the GOOD OF HUMANITY! I said ...
